      This company is a total sham. I ordered a chair a ***** office chair and received an unacceptable product. The chair is clearly a used chair, seat cushion is old, water damaged and dirty, coasters are old and used, base is dirty and scratched. A subpar product. The customer service is slow and non-responsive. When I finally got an answer they offered me a 15% reduction in price and new coasters and did not respond to my request for return and full refund. I will get my credit card company involved.

      My experience with this company has been a complete disappointment. I purchased a chair that looked stunning in the advertised picture, but the reality was a far cry from it. The chair's appearance was nowhere close to what was promised it arrived in a shabby state that was miles away from the polished image they showcased.What's worse is that my attempts to reach out to the company for a refund have been met with a stone-cold silence. It's as if they don't care about the negative impact their false advertising and subpar product have had on me. The frustration and dismay I felt upon receiving the chair, coupled with the utter lack of response from the company, has left me deeply disheartened.I trusted this company with my hard-earned money, only to be left with a substandard product and no avenue for resolution. This experience has been emotionally draining, highlighting the disregard this company has for its customers' satisfaction. I wouldn't wish this level of disappointment and frustration on anyone.

      Ordered chair on 5/28/2023. Was told delivery in **** business days . Now 7/10 - no chair . Continued excuses as to why not received, then a switch an bait to another chair to be delivered . Requested refund today and notified credit card company. Do not do business with this organization. Would give them no stars if possible . No direct customer service response .. all communication via email- obviously intentional to further impede timely service.

      This company is a scam and guilty of Wire Fraud. They cancelled a refund for the returned chair via Paypal. Paypal did not do its research and failed to pursue the company. Report this company to the ************************ for prosecution.

      I think "Office Chair @ Work" and "Seating Mind" has very bad reviews with BBB. Coincidentally they are located next to each other as their addresses appear on their websites. I wonder if they are the same company/owner/manager.       Office Chair at Work may give you a tracking number but it does NOT necessarily mean your product has been set up for shipping. Oh, they appear legit - nice website, professional-sounding email replies, and even testimonials to create buy-in. I began getting suspicious when they missed the promised delivery date. I emailed an inquiry and when the answer still did not offer a firm delivery date I dove a little deeper and began finding cautionary internet posts. I documented any correspondence with them. Who would be happy with $699! being tied up with no chair in sight?! Contact your credit card company and file a dispute ASAP. S.C.A.M

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!This is a fraudulent company. I purchased a Steelcase chair whose gas lift broke within one month of normal office use so Im basically sitting on the floor. They sent me a replacement gas lift but after numerous tries and following the video on how to replace a gas lift, this chair is not able to be taken apart at home. It needs a gear pulley to get it apart which I do not possess. It needs to be repaired and replaced in a shop. ***** in customer service (service is nonexistent), has strung me along since 2/3/23 and is now claiming Ive had the chair too long to return it for a refund. I reached out to them within one month of owning the chair. I asked to be in touch with her supervisor and she included *** and one other guy on the email and neither one of them could care any more than *****. This company is simply out to steal your money. Biggest mistake in purchasing Ive ever made! Its a shame how people just take advantage of others! Its a crime!

      Id prefer leaving no stars but thats not an option!In the middle of December, I ordered a chair for my daughters January birthday. A day later I changed the delivery to her house in ********* (Im in ****). My change of address request was confirmed by them twice in emails. The chair arrived in midMarch at MY HOUSE. They said theyd sent 2 emails requesting confirmation. I never received either & I already had 2 emails from them confirming that very change. Now I have to pay to ship the chair to *********!! They deducted my payment from my account months ago. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

      Do not buy from this company unless you want a horrible experience! I placed an order for a Herman Miller Aeron chair on Jan 4th. The website says 5-14 days, but then they say 15-30 days. It’s been over 30 days, and I still haven’t received the chair. When I first contacted customer service on Jan 9th to inquire about their shipping times, I received a response saying they need time to process each order because they ship the chairs nearly fully assembled. I told them I was happy to assemble it myself so they could ship it sooner.
      Now, it's been over 30 days, and still no chair so I reached out again. This time I get the excuse that there are supply chain issues with Aeron chairs which I understand, but I ordered a refurbished chair that showed was in stock. The kicker is they offered me express shipping at an additional cost to process and ship within 48 hours otherwise, it will take another 10-20 days or more. Are you kidding me? It’s already been 33 days, so why should I pay more to have it shipped? You tell me there are supply chain issues, but if I pay for expedited shipping, the chair will be shipped out in 48 hours. SUCH A SCAM!
      I requested a cancellation and refund, which I'm hoping they'll honor otherwise, I'm filing a complaint with ****** and the Better Business Bureau.
      Buy from ******** ****** ********* instead!

      This company uses misleading business practices to ***** shoppers. I ordered an Aeron chair from them more than three weeks ago. The ship time on the order was **** business days. On the 15th day, I had heard nothing back and reached out. They said the order was still processing, and it could take 30 days to be shipped. I send the order to them saying they committed to **** days and they replied that there are supply chain issues. But here is the kicker - they offered a quick ship for an additional $149. I guess the supply chain issues are not hitting their expedited shipping the same way. They refused to give me a date hen my order would finish "processing" and continued to offer the expedited shipping to get me the product in two days. I cancelled my order and I am hopeful I will be able tog et a refund. Stay away form this company. There are lots of places to get the Aeron chairs.
