      I told myself I would never shop at Rainbow again since I have almost $100 on a gift card I can't use from returning items that didn't fit. I shop online because the nearest location is a hour away so I had my mother to return the items since she lives close to one. I took a picture of the gift card and threw it away since I wasn't going be shopping anytime soon. Well guess what!? You can't even use the gift card online. So against my better judgement I go online and spend more money a year later and pay extra for 2 day shipping. My package arrives today while I have my front door open so I immediately grab it. I take it to my bedroom and cut the package open and empty it on me bed only to have worms crawling all over the clothes and my bed and I mean these worms were over a inch long and brown. I yell for my husband to help get rid of them. All of my bedding went in the wash!!! F***king disgusting!!! How did this happen? And 2 day shipping! Did you pull the clothes out a dumpster and say I think this'll do!?!

      Racist and disrespectful franchise owner would not accept online return even with customer service on the phone to walk him through the return. DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

      I wish I could give zero stars! I came in on a saturday afternoon, I was visiting from ************* and was excited since we no longer have rainbow and rainbow is one of my favorite stores.I bought a shirt , 2 bras , a pair of ******* and 3 pajama sets.The young lady was very helpful and I told her I was nervous about buying because they didnt have fitting rooms. She assured me everything could be returned except the underwear.The next day I went to return the shirt I never wore and the 3 pajama sets I never wore that didnt fit. The old lady with the wig was IMMEDIATELY rude to me. She rolled her eyes and said " I dont have any cash to do YOUR return" and then she grabbed the bag with the pajama sets and said " uh uh This is lingerie I cant take that back" I told her I was assured before that it would be taken back and that it wasnt lingerie , its pajams and its not labeled lingerie, and I asked for corporates number. She took the sign that had corporates number on it and covered it up! She also wouldnt tell me her name!I was gobsmacked! The level of rudeness was disgusting. I reached out to customer service and they screen shot thier policy and the definition of Lingerie , highlighting where is said womens bed wear. Cant wait to watch this ridiculous company go bankrupt and to the old broad with the bad wig , I got something special for you.

      Rainbow hours say there close at 7 pm, but sign on door says they stop taking customers at 6:30. I've gone to several stores and it's the same thing. This obviously is the culture.

      I placed a order from rainbow shops and missing items were not received. This is by far of the worse treatment Ive ever received from any business. They refused to refund me after this experience I will no longer use their services. I was told wait 5 business days. After hearing nothing I called them. You have to wait at least 45 minutes and when someone gets on the line they show no empathy. Instead ask for you to hold and disconnect the call after another 40 minutes. I emailed again and the unprofessional response is unethical. They claimed the weight of package matches what they sent. The weight of a package doesnt determine missing items. Furthermore their wasnt even a packing slip included in my order. They did nothing to rectify the situation and it seems impossible to reach a cooperate office. They emailed me saying it was a bad line it was the most unprofessional response. They did not attempt to call back. I will dispute the charge because at this point I want a FULL refund. They do not deserve to have a business this is fraud they arent giving customers what they ordered.

      I mailed an order back to Rainbows on October 17th. I used the return label that was in the package. So now the package is still in ********** and has been for almost a month. The customer service reps havent been of any assistance they just tell me anything to get me off the phone

      I have refunds that I have I am expecting from my online returns from September 29 2022 till now, October 21, 2000 22/2000 dollars worth of merchandise that’s sitting in a warehouse that I am waiting for the refunds that they are not giving me because you’re giving me the runaround and lying to me and telling me the items I wore in two weeks I don’t think I could wear all those clothes I live in ************ there’s high crime nobody goes out I’ve never had no problem before this is my first time with problems with this company. I will never order from here again I need something to be done. I have a woman that’s reaching out to me but she’s not doing enough. I need my refunds. It’s over a month I can’t hold my items hostage in their warehouse.

      My most recent purchase and the *************** ******* rainbow was on Sunday, January 9. I came home and started taking the tags off my clothes when all of a sudden on the inside there were labels stating the articles of clothing were made with hazardous chemicals. Cancer causing agents, reproductive problems. I want an answer as to whyYour store carries articles of clothing that are made with hazardous material. Maybe you should stop buying from ***** dont you think weve dealt with enough from that country? You have lost me as a customer and Im sure all of the other girls that shop are going to read your labels and you are going to lose massive business.

      I went to the store last week to get my daughter some uniform pants. I saw a rack with some on there that said **** each if you buy 2 or more. When I got to the register they charged me 30 something for two pairs of pants. I said your sign says something different. I showed them the sign that has over 20 pairs of uniform pants on there. She called a young lady to assist. The young lady told me that she cannot honor that because someone put that sign in the wrong place and she wasn't a manager to make that call. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she left a little while ago for the day. Why is there a person that can't make calls or make decisions left in charge of a store? I called customer service right after this incident and sent the picture per request and said they will follow up when they find out what was going on. A week has passed and I called a few days ago and was told no one has told me that and this time someone will call me back in a couple of days. This still hasn't been resolved. This is very unprofessional and I have been shopping at this location ****************************************************** for over eight years and have never been treated this way by staff. This for sure was my last time shopping at this location. To be honest I didn't even want to give it one star! Poor **************** at it finest!

      This ********** store has No air conditioning going on 7 days now! During the excessive heat warnings I was too hot to shop. The wonderfully staff doing the best they can under these unreasonable working conditions. It seems upper management doesn't care about their employees or it's customers. I had been a regular customer for years but now I may have to ******* that due to my recent visit
