      I ordered three items and said it delivered the picture send wasn’t my house so because it said it delivered they could not refund close to 150.00 in merchandise

      This place is garbage. I ordered pants that were on sale and also used a promo code. Their sizing chart is wrong and I ordered according to what the chart says I am. Pants arrived and are too small. Contacted customer service and they said they don’t offer exchanges but I can return to refund and order again. Problem is they said they can’t honor the sale price and also won’t allow me to use the promo code again. That’s a $60 price difference. Absolute trash for me being penalized for New Eras problem not having their information correct.

      I ordered a 2025 **** ******* ****** ******** Day har,and was shipped a different version.Brooklyn to be exact.I wanted to ** ******* hat.I have reached out multiple times via text, direct message through X, and email.They also have no phone number call.No response until about the 10th attempt.Now I am inconvenienced with not getting a refund until I ship it back and they verify at their facility.I travel frequently for work.I should not have to wait for my money to be returned for their mistake.Their website clearly shows the hat I ordered and they still sent the wrong item.That is false advertising.

      Placed an order 11/29/24. After reaching out multiple times they claimed to ship me two hat order. On 12/19/24, I received one of the two hats. Reached out and no one replied to three emails. Finally got a reply and they didn’t answer the question of where the other hat was, but they couldn’t refund my money because I contested the charge on my credit card. Credit card came back and refused to credit the charge because New Era sent them the tracking and delivery of the one hat package and said both hats were in the package. Crooks…don’t buy from them!

      I see why they aren't BBB accredited seeing the reviews! Ordered 4 hats and said it was delivered but I never got the package. Even more so when I contacted New Era they were no help at all and refused a replacement or refund. After doing online research the seller is the one responsible for delivery issues as they are the ones with the insurance for these reasons. They refuse to help and will NEVER buy from them again! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

      I ordered a hat on 11/29/24. They said it takes 7-10 business days to ship. Right now 12/23/24 it is 16 business days and still no tracking number. I reached out to customer service and they said it was due to the holidays. It's only one hat. How long does that take? That is false advertisement. I told them multiple times to refund my money and no response. I don't even want the hat. This is ridiculous. Almost everyone on ********** is saying the same thing. This is not a legit company. They don't care about their customers. They are crooks and are scamming folks. I don't see how they are still in business. I work hard for my money to just have it taken from a shady company. All I want is my money back.

      Same issue as these other comments! Placed my order November 12th - have still not received my order and the shipping says it will not be here before Christmas. They have no customer service phone number. I have sent multiple messages regarding this. I heard back on one that said they would give me 50% off my next order ( I will NEVER order from them again) and free shipping. I emailed again with no response. Then messaged a 3rd time and got a response saying my order was backed up due to Black Friday!! Have sent 2 more messages with no response now. I would not recommend purchasing from their website!!

      Been waiting for my hat for a month now. Requested an update and was told the average wait time is 3-4 business days after the listed date, due to holiday rushes. I would have been satisfied with the response if it were true. It has been 10 business days since then and my item has been frozen in place, and will not travel. This is unacceptable, as when you read policy rules, they state you CANNOT change or request a refund. The company policies hint that New Era is aware of their bad business practices and will not improve. Since then, i have started reading reviews and have had multiple accounts of orders placed on the same day having the same issue. An item ordered on Late November should be delivered by Early December at most, not the following year in January. This Company should be investigated for its practices and suspicious policies that allude to scams. My package which is only tracked by *****, says it was handed to the carrier and has not moved. If it was stolen or delivered wrongfully, it is the customers responsibility not the company. This is unacceptable.

      Bought originally in early November never received that order was lost in transit, no fault to new era for that. Until I realize they have zero phone support & their email customer support is severely behind. It has now been over a month I received an email offering a coupon as resolution when I clearly stated the situation and even sent the companies policy for lost packages which is a REFUND, so still no refund, or any solution.
      Replaced my order on 12/2, hoping to receive the original items that were lost and a couple others. Website claimed even with holidays processing time was 5-7 days with 2-4 expedited shipping. This couldn’t but further than the truth. It’s now been 12 business days & it still hasn’t shipped. I would’ve NEVER ordered a second time if it was going to take longer than 5-7 business days to process as I needed these for Christmas presents.
      I am now out almost $150 and still haven’t received either of my two orders, or a refund. For such a huge company to do this to soooo many people during the holiday season is sad. I was on a tight budget for Christmas & now don’t have any money left to spend on trying to rebuy these for a 3rd time without still receiving a refund for the first two orders.

      Orders take forever to arrive. Impossible to return. App can’t find my order. Screenshots of errors sent. No response from emails asking for help, lesson learned.
