      Bought a hat on Nov. 11th, still no hat and now that hat is no longer available with other reputable companies. Phone service has been disconnected, so you can’t call to talk to customer service. Have sent emails, get the same blanket response. This company is a fraud.

      Caps Never got delivered. Tried sending New Era Cap an email. All they told me was that it said it got delivered and they cant do anything about it

      My story is the same as the other complaints. I place an order online for a NFL cap. It has been a month since the order and they charged my credit card. The product has not been shipped. The help desk keeps giving me the same reply of orders ship in 7-10 days, but they have delays. Ship the product or refund my money. This is fraud.

      I ordered a 2 caps on November 11 and send 3 emails sharing my concern but was only responded by a bot stating that they have many orders. Considering that they are a big company You would think they are fast with shipping but instead you are waiting for 20 days not counting weekends. I’ve have been trying to be understanding but 20 days is insane. Order is still remains unfulfilled. I WANT MY PACKAGE

      Takes too long to refund returned products. I don't feel as if new era values me or my money which is why they have kept it 13 days past them receiving my return. I would be willing to wager if I had their money held hostage for 13 days they would be less than friendly trying to secure it. While they laxidasically process their customers refunds. Will think twice about purchasing from them as if I ever need a return I can't expect that money to be returned to me in a timely manner.

      I really wish that I would have read these reviews before purchasing from this company for the first time.
      It's been 10 days since I ordered the cap and it still hasn't shipped and when I tried to ask for a refund I was told via email that that's not going to happen.
      I've been a Fanatics Company customer for over a decade buying New Era products, but they didn't carry this cap.
      Next time I will learn just to move on and find something else from them.
      Take it from me, I'm one and done from ordering directly from the New Era Cap Company.

      I recently made a purchase on November 11 and 14 for order# *********, ******* and *******. I have written several emails and have gotten 0 responses. As a company you have a obligation to have an open line of communication when people are spending there hard earned money on a product. I have heard nothing from anyone and you have not followed your own company policies to communicate with customers. I am hoping that you will do what is right and send me what I purchased. If that will not happen, I would like my money refunded. This has been a terrible experience and I will spend my money somewhere else next time.

      I placed an order on 11/12 and it is now 12/4. They keep claiming order will ship 5-10 business days after ordering…but my order has yet to ship. Terrible “bot-like” customer service that provides no information or solutions. Stay away…

      Horrendous experience! Ordered a hat on their website on November 11, here it is December 1 and it still shows as “processing”. I have sent 3 emails inquiring about any updates and I get responses from what I’m assuming is a bot, stating that they’re extremely busy, blah blah blah. And now the hat is out of stock everywhere, the only place that you can find them now is charging around $100. I will NEVER order directly from their site again, lesson learned! Thank you so much for your exceptionally ran business New Era!

      I've ordered 2 hats 12 days ago and still not shipped and not getting any answers. It says 5 to 10 business days. It's gonna be way longer than that. I got these for a gift for someone and by the time inge them if I do it's gonna be way late. This will.be last time I order from them.
