      I purchased an item when week ago on Saturday. I emailed them that moment realizing that I ordered the wrong item to cancel the order I’ve sent numerous emails they do not ever answer. One email I’ve called they do not even answer their calls I’ve sent emails to refund me, since the order has not even shipped it’s been seven days since I did the order and no response to any of my emails is terrible. You can’t even get a hold of nobody via emails or via phone. No shipping information has even been sent. no response at all from them.

      They have horrible communication services been trying to reach someone about an order I paid for weeks ago. Still have no tracking number and the order has yet to be filled. You can't call the customer service number because they turned it off. Never order feom this company I know I won't ever again. THEY GET NO STARS FROM ME Horrible

      This company has slowly become one of the companies you don't want to deal with do to their shady practices and long processing times and overpriced shipping. I work in a order processing department that also does the shipping, and I can tell you this automated crap is usually the result of a corporate wokness. The proccessing times are complexly unacceptable. They went woke so I hope they go broke.

      I ordered a hat for my dad at the very end of March 2023 (ORDER *********). It was meant to be his birthday gift. My dad is 73 and liked it, but it didn’t fit, even though he can wear a M/L. I paid $37.99 + $8 for S/H for a total of $45.99. It didn’t fit and emailed new era. I asked if I could send back for an exchange. I was told they don’t do exchanges at this time (email below). So I already paid $8 for S/H, then would cost me $8 ($7.99 they were nice enough to take a penny off the original shipping) to ship it back. That is $16 right there and if I ordered again. I would be paying for another $8 S/H. I had to keep the hat. If I had bought it again. It would have come to $61.99 for a hat, after $24 S/H (all S/H combined). I will NEVER buy from new era again. I don’t expect anything. I just hope someone reads this & doesn’t make the same mistake I did. They really don’t care about their customers. Once the sale is mad.. I will NEVER buy from New Era again. Below is the email:

      They don’t even allow you to pick the carrier. They say the whole amount of the S/H goes to the carrier. You would think a large company could get a better deal on S/H. I am sure they do, but don’t expect them to pass it onto you or I.

      If I could give less than one star I would. I created my order and within 10 MINUTES of submission I realized I only put my apartment number on the billing address. When I tried to call to have it fixed the number stated CALL SERVICE SUSPENDED. I emailed them to have it fixed and they responded the next day to inform me they couldn't do anything about it. A reputable business without a way to manage their shipping or a phone number to call when people need help? More like dis-reputable.

      Ordered a couple hats on line and paid to expedite the shipping which said 2 - 4 days. After a couple days and no tracking I made my first attempt with customer service. Shortly after asking about shipping details from CustomerService@NewEra I received an email saying they no longer use that form of Customer service and to use the HELP button on their website. I left a short email again asking about shipping details and my expedited order. I was then emailed it could take them 4 to 6 days to reply. A bit irritating to now hear time windows and zero human interaction I waited. I then get a reply to my email saying my order was still being processed and to "keep in mind" the process window is 4 to 6 business days. Process window? During the checkout process there was no mention of it taking 4 to 6 days to process than the 2 to 4 days shipping (Not in any of the Policies or Services listed on the bottom). A little more irritated that window was now 6 to 10 business days. I replied that informing the buyer of the process time it felt misleading. Neil the Customer service rep. Neil sent me a image of a process period that was dated 4 months ago minutes later I wondered where this was on the website. It was located on the very bottom of the main menu page under SUPPORT: SHIPPING and 8 minutes before my visit it was changed from the 4 month old image customer service emailed me. One thing to keep in mind is if you click on a image for sale on google it brings you to a shopping cart, you then check out leading you to shipping; no where in this process do you enter the main menu of the NewEra website. I requested to cancel may order and they sent me an email with a link that would expire in 30 mins, if I didn't submit the information requested in 30 min I wouldn't be able to cancel the order. Its absolutely ridiculous that a customer is subject to respond in 30 min. Unfortunately I do love the 5950 Hats and have been collecting for several years but NO ANY MORE!

      I purchased a hat for my husband. It did arrive, but does not fit. I have emailed twice to try and start a return with no response. I went to the website, there are no instructions under returns. I called the phone number and received a message stating that due to the wide spread national health crisis they are unable to provide telephone support at this time. I have messaged the company on facebook as well as left comments on their facebook. They are still actively selling and advertising products on facebook, but apparently are unavailable for ANY form of contact
