      Customer service is nonexistant!!!!! I paid $15 for expedited shipping and no hat in 2 weeks!!!! Email customer service and all you get is a copy and paste response that doesn't even answer your question.

      I placed an order on 2/9 and did expedited shipping for 2-4 business days. I was needing the order by 2/14 for valentines day. I have yet to see any movement on *****. I have reached out to customer service and sent 2 emails and no response. At this point i would like a refund because i am going to have to go spend money locally at another business to make sure the gift is successful and disappointed in the customer service.

      I returned an unopened order back to New Era January 16th 2024, it’s now February 1, 2024 and I have not received my refund of $144 that was only suppose to take 10 business days to process. No one is responding to the emails I have sent through the help section and there isn’t anyone to speak to via phone through customer service. I will never order from this company again

      False advertisement. Paid extra to have rush on orders. Did not receive until almost a month later. No customer service available to talk via phone. Just emails that were very one sided and unprofessional. DO NOT recommend this business for anything.

      We usually only use **** or ******** for our hats/sports merchandise but due to not finding the 7 hats we needed for gifts we had no choice but to look elsewhere. We made our first 2 orders for Christmas 2023 and were charged $30.00 for a Christmas ornament that we did NOT order or want. We sent it back asap, accordingly to the website return instructions and still NO credit has been issued to us. We have emailed customer support several times and have only received a generic emails, informing us that we will hear back within 4 days. Well, that never happened and we are still waiting to hear back or see our credit since December.
      BUYER BEWARE; double check invoices for added and unwanted merchandise, prepare to be ignored by customer support and proceed with caution returning any items with this company.

      I had ordered 2 hats from them August and they came in less then a week I believe… but now I ordered 1 on December 30th and can’t even get an email back stating where my package is or if it’s even been shipped… The ONLY reason I ordered from them was due to the first order I had made turning out to well and now I can’t get ahold of anyone to see where my package is… I understand it’s due to the holidays and it’s gonna be a little time but not including the holidays is still a week without a reply email or even a tracking number… I hope they can fix this issue .. they are NOT a small company so I know this shouldn’t be taking this long… if I got an email back then I could at least know what was taking so long and get an idea of where and when it’ll be to me…

      I ordered on 12/17 and I asked when my item would be shipped out, they told me “7-10 business days”, today is 1/4 (12th business day) and emailed 2-3 times (no response) and still nothing about getting my item shipped! This is ridiculous!

      Caution: Exercise caution when dealing with New Era Cap! Unpleasant experience with their customer service and so called "company". – my order hasn't been shipped for weeks, and there's no available phone number for online order inquiries. Their customer service lacks professionalism. New Era Cap might as well be considered a criminal enterprise. The only way you can reach them is through email.
      I have emailed them several times over the last 3 weeks asking for a refund. Their response every single time is "Thank you for contacting New Era Cap Customer Care. We understand that you would like to cancel the order that you recently placed with us. Unfortunately, orders are transmitted to our distribution center every hour, and your order is already in queue. We aim to process orders within the same or next business day and the window for cancellation is limited. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we know how frustrating this can be."

      I ordered a ******* ****** ******* fitted hat on December 3, 2023 and have yet to receive my order and it is now January 3, 2024. I have emailed my concerns three times to only receive an AI response to wait four days for someone to get back with me. It has been two weeks since the first AI response. Horrible customer service. Next move will be to try and get a refund. I am a former Athletic Director in Texas and will definitely let my colleagues know not to order from New Era hat company.

      I had a problem with my order wrote an email on December 19th 3 weeks later no single response or anything
