GTS Supplies contacted me, they made it seem like they were affiliated with our credit card terminals company, and that they would be sending out some credit card terminal cleaners. No mention of any charges to us, that I can recall. I have not received the card cleaners, as of yet. And after reading a complaint left by another Service Manager, I doubt that I will receive any product from this company. I now have a bill for $287.50 on their invoice # 807001 that I have no intention of paying. The bill is in attention to my name.Business Response

A man named Randy called our service manager asserting that he represented GTS Supplies, the company responsible for our credit card reading machines. Randy stated that when we placed an order for the card readers, cleaning cards were meant to be included. According to Randy, the cleaning cards were initially unavailable due to a backorder situation when we ordered our credit card readers. However, Randy now claimed that these cleaning cards are in stock. Randy emphasized that these card cleaners were originally part of our order and we WOULD NOT incur any additional cost. He informed our manager that the cards are current availability and that he intends to send them to us.
Unexpectedly, we've been presented with an invoice of $287.50 from GTS Supplies in NY. It's important to note that GTS Supplies is not the legitimate supplier of our credit card machines; rather, this entity appears to be engaged in fraudulent activities. We located SEVERAL scam websites that clearly identified GTS Supplies as a fraudulent outfit. Consequently, we have no intention of making ANY payment for this bogus invoice (#807023). We want to clarify that we NEVER will engage in any future transactions with this fake operation.
As of now, we have not successfully established contact with Randy or anyone else from GTS Supplies, as they are unresponsive and have not returned our calls. Consequently, we will reject the payment request that was sent our business office. We kindly request the removal of our information from your records (ID ******).

This company is a complete scam, same information as all complaints, Randy called here stating we were owed cards for our credit card machines, well they came and they scammed our Dealership for approx., 560.00 told our accounts payable that I ordered cards to which I did not, So finally I called the company GTS Supplies you have to leave a message then they play phone tag, the guy who called me sounded like the Randy guy then he argues with me stating I ordered cards I said your Randy and you are lying he said no, Please be careful of these people they are dangerous to all businesses and extremely the biggest liars I have ever encountered...Business Response

Better Business Bureau: WE would like to have a complete refund of all monies paid to GTS Supplies we did not order anything from this company they stated we were owed these card cleaners from our credit card machine provider these cards are here have not been used they stated that during COVID 19 there was a shortage of these cards and we were owed them by our provider Thank You ****** ****

Received an invoice via mail for $287.50. We have not approved this order. I have checked with the employee named on the invoice as well as the rest of upper management & they have not placed any orders with them nor have we even heard of this company before. We also have our own credit card payment company that we would have reached out to if this was even a product that we would be interested in. I have reached out & have left a voicemail that it is unapproved & we will not be paying. I'm filing this complaint as it is clear from other BBB complaints that this a regular occurrence with this company & I need them to respond and confirm that this billing is corrected to $0.00.Business Response

This company originally called and I was unable to understand them completely, it did seem suspicious so I hung up on them. They called back same day and was able to understand him better, the operator was Randy. He assured me that he was calling on behalf of our credit card merchant and we were owed electronic card reader cleaners for the new machines. We did change our credit card readers the month before so it seemed a little plausible. We received the card reader cleaners soon after that, and then within a month received an invoice for the cleaners $287.50. I called the company, it went to voicemail. I let them know exactly what is stated here with the intent not to pay the invoice and will be shipping the cleaners back.Business Response

GTS Supplies contact me, Service Manager of a Car Dealership. They mentioned that they represented our credit card machine company and that they needed to send us these "cleaners". I told them that I have nothing to do with the credit card machines and that they would have to work with our business office or office manager. They did not want to talk to them. He told me again that he would send the product and I told him no. I would not accept any product from them and reiterated that he would have to work with our office manager. That is where the call ended. Now we have a bill for $287.5o on invoice # ****** that I have no intention of paying. The bill is in attention to my name.Business Response

Someone called our dealership and claimed they were from the company that provided our credit card machines and stated that when we ordered the card readers they were supposed to come with cleaning cards as well. They stated that at the time we ordered our machines that the cleaning cards were on back order, but that they are available now. They stated that the card cleaners were part of the original order, and there was no extra charge for them but wanted to let us know they were now available and would be sent. We have now received an invoice for $287.50 from GTS Supplies out of NY. This is NOT the company that supplied our credit card machines, This company is a scam. We will not be paying the invoice; we will attempt this one time to return the product. We will NOT do business with this supposed company. Now, there is no answer on their phone number and they will not return calls.

I received an invoice from this company and tried calling multiple times in which I was unsuccessful. I then went to our service department and was told nothing was delivered that would pertain to the invoice received. Similar to all the other complaints listed here, we were contacted about sending us "cleaning items' from this company that represented themselves as being our credit card machine provider. We later got a bill for the CHEAP items and found out that this company DOES NOT represent our credit card vendor... SCAM, SCAM, SCAM... beware!!!! We will NOT be paying this bill as it was NOT AUTHORIZED NOR NEEDED!!!!Business Response
