    GTS Supplies called and advised that they represented out credit card machine company and that they wanted to send us cleaners for our machines. There was nothing about cost communicated during the call. We subsequently received the cleaners in the mail and a few weeks later we received an invoice for $287.50. It states on the invoice that returns are not allowed without written authorization. Numerous attempts were made to contact GTS but there is never anyone available to answer phone calls. We will not pay this bill, as it is obviously a scam.

    We received an invoice in the mail for 287.50. from GTS Supplies. We didn't receive/order these card cleaners. I called the company several times and no return phone call. Invoice number ******. ***** ******'s name is on this invoice. Upon checking with our Service Department these cleaners were never ordered. We would like a refund. The company should not be billing us for this!!

    OUR DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECEIVED A VOICEMAIL TO THE SERVICE MANAGER
    They claimed they were from the company that provided our credit card machines and stated that when we ordered the card readers they were supposed to come with cleaning cards as well. They stated that at the time we ordered our machines that the cleaning cards were on back order, but that they are available now. They stated that the card cleaners were part of the original order, and there was no extra charge for them but wanted to let us know they were now available and would be sent. The message was from Randy at GTS supplies. He stated my Dealership's address and stated if it was wrong to contact him at a 1-(855) number. The address was correct. That was early June. We never received any product. At the end of June, a bill for $287.50 arrives for 15 credit card swipes?? The Invoice states GTS supplies out of Champlain NY but the envelope is stamped out of Canada. I tried calling the phone number but only a voicemail. I was really shocked to google this company and see the complaints. Then on your website to see the similarities in the SCAM. *** ***** **** will not be paying a bill on product we never received. This company is not affiliated with our credit card company. We do not want anything from them NOR do we want to do business in the future. Please ask company to cancel this order and remove us from their records please.
