      Fraudulent company. They offer a service to pick up your trash on a weekly basis, however, they are not consistent and come only when it is convenient for them. They claim that if you put in a ticket for a Missed pick up. They will reschedule a pick up, but they never show up for missed pick ups either. The only thing they don’t forget to do is charge your credit card, but they do not provide the service as advertised. This company should be investigated for fraudulent practices.

      It is too bad 0 is not a rating. This is a Trash company that lives up to its name. The claim top-tier customer service but that is the furthest thing from the truth. They don't care about retaining customers or trying to diffuse irate customers. They would rather fight for every penny rather than just try and retain a customer.
      How this organization is still in business or not investigated by the BBB is beyond me. I urge everyone who has had a negative experience to keep reporting this company to the BBB and keep writing reviews to remind them of their "top-tier" customer service.

      I found this company to be very dishonest. I finally was able to switch companies so I am comfortable filing a complaint. I had frequent weeks of missed service and the company refused to credit me for the missed service dates or arrange alternative pick up - often making excuses like the can was not out or it was a new driver. I believe that charging me for services they don’t provide is theft - but since I thought they were the only game in town I accepted that terrible level of service. I now have a new trash provider and am getting consistent service and good customer service.

      I’ve been a customer for a little over a year and I have to call at least once a month for missed pickup. Worst service! When you call they say the route wasn’t finished and they will pick up tomorrow. Regular pick up date is Wednesday, it’s Friday and they still haven’t picked up. Now they are saying they will be here tomorrow and if not to call back on Monday. It’s the middle of summer 90 degree temps and nowhere to put garbage….totally unacceptable.

      I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND AM PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED TO US. I GET PICKED UP FOR MY GARBAGE AND RECYCLES ON A WEEKLY BASIS. THE DRIVERS ARE NICE AND RESPECTFUL. WHEN I NEED EXTRA PICKUP FOR RANDOM MISC THINGS ALL I HAVE TO DO IS MAKE A CALL AND THEY SERVICE US WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME.

      It's been over three weeks since my garbage has been picked up. I reached out to them to advise them that I am going to cancel their services, they played nice, told they will pick up next week on garbage day. No they are telling me that our road is too icy, mind you it's 40 degrees out, no sign of ice and all is good on the road. no, they say I have to bring the garbage to another road about 1/2 a mile away from house, told them nope, i pay them to pick up garbage not for me to deliver to them. they want me to bring 2 bins, garbage and recycle bin and throw all the excess garbage in my car. sorry but nope! avoid like the plague. this is a bad bad bad company!
      Just got off phone again to cancel and was told they will not pick up garbage unless I drag both bins 1/2 mile away from my home. They refuse to pick up because of imaginary ice.

      They missed 2 pickups in 6 weeks, and all they could say is "just leave extra bags outside and we will pick em up", they do not mind, in other words, to charge for weekly pickups even when they do not pick up weekly.
      From time to time they are late but do not bother to inform their customers about it, so you are left guessing whether they are going to pick up next day or not pick up this week at all.
      One time they jacked up the prices by 50%, and if you don't complaint the rate stays increased.
      My impression is that it is a shoddy business that is able to exist only due to lack to competition. It is time for regulators to take a close look at these possibly fraudulent practices where charges are made for services they do not provide.

      This company consistently misses my pick up and sadly my town has required that I use them so I have no choice and no recourse. You call or write and they either tell you they'll come back but don't, or you get no reply at all, or today they simply told me they don't come back and I have to wait. They refuse to let me hold to speak to someone else higher up and have yet to call me back. Stay away from this company. They are beyond awful. They are blatant and have no regard for customer service.
