      Abysmal customer service, missed pickups numerous times in three months of initial service. Review based on repeated calls for pick up and rescheduling, excuses were made but service not provided even though payment was made a year in advance, Some examples of excuses for not providing service included a substitute driver, called too late to schedule service for the next day, two of you are calling about missed service so we can't coordinate service or reschedule, two inches of snow on the driveway were not plowed and salted. When my disabled husband who usually does the driveway was having major surgery they refused to pick up because of then one inch of packed down snow and would charge a $30 fee for rescheduling pick up that was not disclosed in advance. I am of the opinion that when you pay for a service it should be provided when promised or contracted and this is consistent fraudulent business practices

      Poor customer service
      Was told to put cans, glass bottles
      Cardboard and misc recycling
      On driveway because they missed pick up
      Happy thanksgiving

      County Waste is awful. They missed our pickup 3 weeks in a row...and kept telling us they wouldn't be able to come until the following week. Meanwhile, they picked up our neighbors across the street. The driver did not feel like turning the truck around so he just puts down that we don't have our cans out. Now we've cancelled our service and they STILL have not picked up the 3 weeks up garbage or their cans. Absolute worst company ever. Only putting one star because you can't leave a review without at least one.

      This company is absolutely horrendous! EVERY WEEK i have to call because their either missed the recycling can or the trash. Cancelled my service with them and instead of picking up my cans after they removed the trash, they felt it appropriate to remove the trash from their cans and throw it in my new ones! Thoroughly disgusted.

      RUN don't walk from these people.

      TERRIBLE! We live in Waterford and always have had good seevice from CW…our crew, from my understanding had one retiree, one injury..not sure of third worker…these guys were fabulous…neat, friendly, conscientious
      and thorough. The new crew is AWFUL…they don’t empty bins/cans only taking top bags, sometimes completely not doing pick up at all, and leave spilled waste where it falls.
      Leaves a lot to be desired!
