    Placed an order they made a shipping label and thats it. Then they lie and say they gave it to **** when they never did and now my replacement package is the same way. Trying to get a refund at this point. Do not buy from them!

    They claimed my order was shipped June 18 on their website. It showed they only sent pre-shipment label to ********** never received the item. I reached out to their customer service department. They refused to refund my money. They are a scam please stay away from them.

    I received a fake cologne with a fake barcode. I bought it from ***** to compare and it was totally off, the fake from fragrancenet.com was super faded and grainy with the barcode cut off and a bogus barcode sticker over the cut out.

    I ordered over $170 worth of fragrances from this company and when I got my order, I was very disappointed. They threw stickers of the colognes over the bottles that were not real. They were fake and on top of that did not even smell like the original fragrances. This company really got me for my money this time.

    13 days shipment never arrived, hard to get customer support on the phone. Still waiting on delivery would rather just have my money back if someone answer the phone or at least the company had a better online refund/cancel order system in place. Never again

    BEWARE when ordering on line the prices posted can change and lower soon after placing your order!!! Placed an order on line went back 20 minutes later to buy for a gift same product was $3 less. Spoke to customer service they say price fluctuating and can not give credit or refund..Also they have FLASH DEAL OFFERS giving $20 off your purchase but your not able to activate coupon..BEWARE

    Re: Fragrancenet.com I placed an order on 01/26/2025 understanding products would not go out until the following business day. I paid extra for 1-2 day expedited shipping. **** immediately created a label, but as of today, they are still waiting for product from Fragrancenet.com and the seller has not responded to my email. They should not offer expedited shipping if they cant fill orders in time promised.

    Im very disappointed with the way this company handled a return I made. I had not even opened the box and sent it back immediately, taking care to provide all the necessary order and item numbers so that whoever was processing the return had less work to do. It took them a long time to correspond with me. They didnt seem to take much time or effort with my return and to top it all off, they let me know, after they received the returned item, that they will not refund my tax or shipping costs, which means I paid $20.00 for absolutely nothing, besides hassle and effort on MY end. What an ungrateful company, made me feel very cheated. I already felt bad for mistakenly ordering something I wanted to return and somehow this company made that experience a whole lot worse. Not a good business in my opinion. ************ needs to learn how to appreciate and take care of their customers, otherwise I will not be the only consumer they will lose.

    I ordered Black Opium from Fragrance Net. The price was good. However, the fragrance does not last so my wife thinks it is a knock off. I tried to contact the company on their website. When I put in the order number it says no such number. I emailed them with no response. I called and got a robot that says they can't take phone calls. On the website it says you can chat, but there is no way to access chat. I think the game is to just wear you down as you try to contact them, and you just give up. Do not buy from this company.
