      Hostile employee who refused to show any ID of any kind. No name provided from him or what company until he was harassing people on ********. He was told that I felt uncomfortable and wanted him to leave and he refused. Then he started harassing my best friend, myself and my husband on ******** messenger. He posted a business card online but deleted it within 5 min but I got a screen shot of it. I've called the number and tried the qr code and it's all fake. He has said he represents for solar, then said it was internet to others and electric to others. Something isn't right at all. He said his name is Miguel R********. I will provide screen shots of the conversation he had with my best friend whom was at the door with me when he came. Also a picture and video from my neighbors **** door cam where it shows no Identification at all. There is a lot more comments and stuff that he said on the ",plattsburgh street team" group located on ********. His name is backwards on ********. He then proceeded to tell me how horrible my house looks and it's the worst in the neighborhood.

      Hello, I want to inform the BBB that we have taken disciplinary action against the rep and conducted a full investigation on this matter. It has been handled and we should not see any more of these come in.

      Had a Represenative named Dylan come to my door to tell me I was eligible for a 10 percent discount off my electric bill through ***** through this program for I also get Heap and I should be getting the solar discount also. I gave him my email address and phone number and he said we were all set. I then check my email sign it and all of a sudden there is now a signed contract through a vine sign link that I never received to even sign that is now from another solar company that wants to bill me for solar energy. I have emailed this company but it could take up to 3 days for them to get back to me to cancel this contract that I did not sign. I don't know how it was signed when it wasn't even delivered to my email for me to sign. I just receved the sined contract in my email. This is not what the represenative told me was going to be happening. I do not want to be paying anyone for solar energy along with my electric bill. I was told I would be just receving a discount, now I'm linked to another company with a contract I never received and signed. The other Company is ****** ********* ******* I signed into what is supposed to now be my account and all it is asking is for a payment method. I want this contract removed immediately with both companies and all my information removed. Aslo the document that is signed via Docu sign is not my signuture!!! This is fraud!

      Response taken by phone:  We work with ********* ***** ***** to get subscribers that are eligible on this program. She would have been getting a 10% discount on her ***** bill in addition to HEAP.  The 10% discount would have been included on her utility bill however it takes time to set this up. The contract has been cancelled therefor the discount was not processed.
