  Id ordered from *** and received my order fine. Decided they were a legitimate company and like they had preorder available. So I preordered several things from them in 2022 as gifts for my wife and daughter. They kept updating their site saying the vendor pushed back the delivery dates. Here we are in 2024 and still no products delivered and they are Out of Business. I have no chance of getting my money back. Extremely disappointed.

  I honestly haven't had issues with this company, but it's been about a year since I ordered anything new from them. They have since closed down according to their website. I received every order I was ever supposed to over the last 5 ish years. My only complaint is it would take them forever to send it. Sometimes over a year. But I did always receive it. I see the message on their website now saying they closed down and people have to chase refunds from their own credit card companies because apparently Big Apple can't issue refunds. That's really crud business practice. While I give them 4 stars for my prior orders, seeing what is going on now, I will never order from them again if their business is reinstated.

  The first couple times I ordered from them, they were ok. I had 3 orders outstanding and they went ghost. 1 order was a year old. Their site would update on receipt dates but they wouldnt reply and the site said all staff was in the warehouse. I told them they could combine them and s*** all at once. Next thing I know- they announce they are going out of business and would fulfill what orders that could. I get tracking on 4/26. I didnt receive my order til 7/24 and only got 4/17 items. The packing list had all 17 listed but the box was only big enough for half of that. I heard ***** is suing them and they freaking deserve it for these terrible business practices

  I ordered from BAC on 07/27/2021. I received a partial order on 01/06/2023. I was missing 2 of the 7 items I ordered. I kept wondering but held out hope that I would receive them. But now I read all these reviews, I dont have any Hope of receiving them or getting a refund. I am so disappointed. These were gifts for my husband and son. I have sent emails to them only to get the same automated reply as everyone else. Just very disappointed in this company and my decision to go through them??

  Preordered several things from them in 2021. I have no chance of getting my money back. Terrible company. Anyone want to start a class action lawsuit with me to get our funds back?

  I waited a year and a half for 1 item in my order. It was the case They Live Alien, when the order was shipped the order on Big Apples site showed the order was completed. When my order arrived the case was the only Funko Pop that wasnt in the box. I emailed Big Apple and explained this, and till this day no reply, which is four months later. I watched different responses on ******** saying the same thing I went through. I believe this company is going to change their name and try to resume as normal. Or even claim bankruptcy. All of the customers need to put a complaint in with the better business bureau, to start a lawsuit

  I ordered pre-order items along with non pre-order items back in November 2022 and have never received any items. They have even kicked me off of their website and made it to where I cant access my account anymore. I filed a dispute with my bank and they sent me a messages today saying the merchant says I received the items in April which is a total lie. I have never received a tracking number from them. Their website says they are opening soon but in the same paragraph says they are closing the business and I always get the same emails saying there is a delay with processing orders due to the holidays which its been saying this since atleast last year. This is a real SCAM. Anyone know who are the proper authorities to contact? They are based in New Yorkatleast thats what they say. Im sure its a shell company and not even a real business. They got me for $127.

  I have multiple orders that were never shipped. I received email with tracking number April 27 saying my order was being pulled but per the **** the tracking number given was never picked up. All my emails aren't answered
