      On two occasions have I pre-ordered POPs from this website only to get them a YEAR later. That is completely unacceptable and they are not accommodating at all; you will get the same lame response each time. Were sorry for the delay but glad you got your item. I have had to watch those POPs being sold in different stores/websites a few business days after release. I understand delays as much as anyone but a year? On both instances too. I would not buy here, the only reason I even ordered those two POPs were because they were exclusive to the store. They need to stop making things exclusive to this store and if Funko POP wants to keep selling exclusive POPs so bad, they should just pick a more reliable store.

      Pretty sure it's a scam. My order has been in the warehouse since January. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

      Never order or pre-order from here. I placed a pre-order on a funko pop back in September 2021. The release date past and my order never shipped. I looked at the order details and the expected date kept changing, getting pushed back. Then a few months went by and still nothing. I decided to look for that same pop and behold I found it for roughly the same price on ******. I emailed them saying that I just want to cancel my pre-order and get a refund since they charge for pre-orders up front. They said after 24 hours of ordering I can't get a full refund. Rather I could get full store credit or they can do a refund but keep 25% of the refund. I demanded my full refund because it's ridiculous that I haven't received my pop after waiting so many months even after the release date but was able to quickly find the same one somewhere else and get it 2 days later. They said if I wanted a full refund I would have to wait a FULL YEAR AFTER PLACING THE ****** I think that is absolutely ridiculous so I let it go and I ended up getting the pop today in the mail. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

      These people are completely dishonest and unreliable in terms of delivering items ordered through their business. Theyre happy and eager to take your money but have no follow through in delivering the items theyre offering to sell you. Anyone looking for collectibles would be better served taking their business somewhere else.
