      **************** doesnt exist anymore. Ive waited since 2020 to receive several orders. They owe me over $300 in items. They sent an invoice stating they sent SEVERAL items that simply werent sent. Of course its all the higher priced ones that conveniently didnt make it. Absolutely the most expensive nothing Ive ever bought. Im furious and want my money or the products Ive ordered. Guess they got us all. Hope they have itchy eyes for the rest of their miserable existence.

      I have a couple pre-orders since 2020 and still haven't received them. They keep pushing the release dates and can't get a refund unless it's store credit. So upset

      I ordered 9 funkos since 2021 and 5 of them are pre order, now i recieved today may 22, 2023, when i opened only 5 items was there and 4 are missing, the hard part is the missing items are chase funkos which im so ****** and disappointed, im trying to reach out with them by email bcoz they dont have any contact numbers, only automated response only i get!!! This is ridiculous store!! Dont buy to this shop!!

      Waited two years on an order. It finally arrived, but was missing items. Got an auto response email saying customer support was unavailable due to the holiday season. . . in may. Alright. Stay away from this business.

      I ordered about six items all Funko Pops back in the spring of 2021. There has been radio silence for months now and I had even given up hope on ever receiving them since every time I check the order it kept saying they were still waiting on them from the vendor. Then out of the blue this past Friday 5/19/23 I received a notification but the package was being delivered that day to my house. I was surprised and excited. Then all of a sudden for no reason it said that it was being forwarded to a different address. Then today I got a notification but it was being sent back to Big Apple collectibles. This place is literally a scam and has robbed me of about $150. Now if you go to their website they say they are shut down due to unforeseen circumstances and if you want to get your money back you will have to contact your credit card. To be honest after nearly 2 years I don't even remember what credit card I used. Total and complete frauds.

      I placed an order in 2021 and received notice all 6 items finally shipped this month. When it arrived there were only 3 items in the box. The box wasn't even big enough to hold 6. Now no one is responding.

      I've had two orders unfulfilled for the last 2 years. Now they close down shop. Send me a order shipping email that was 3 weeks ago and still never shipped. What a joke of a company and worst of all I can't get response or my money back now. Completely unacceptable business practices and they will prolly rebrand something new and s**** over more people. Joke!!!!

      I placed a bunch of pre-orders with these people in 2020 I did receive some of my items as they got them in stock but I had to constantly write them emails and tell them hey you got to ship my stuff out if I would not have been so persistent I don't think I would have ever received some of the items that they owed me. As of now they still have not sent me my set of Slayer Funko Pop... It's been 3 years man and now I get an email stating that they're going out of business and I'm supposed to try and get a refund we're talking about a 3-year-old charge how the h*** am I supposed to get my money back I'm so happy that these people got shut down sure I'm extremely ****** that I do not have my set of Slayer but I'm losing only $30 which actually is a pretty good piece of money. I tried to get into the site so that I can look at my orders it doesn't accept my password anymore and there's no way of resetting the password. I don't know how many people are in the same boat as I am but I'm certain that they probably owe out tens of thousands of dollars not just to their customers but also to their suppliers. The email I received stated that they are shutting down due to reason beyond their control while I'm sorry but I do believe that bankruptcy is something that's fully in their control. Money grubbing thieving scamming pieces of garbage that is what Big Apple collectibles is all about. I don't hate a lot of people but man I tell you I hate Big Apple collectibles with a big purple passion.

      I would give them no stars, but after two years I received four (out of the five) items in the set. Don't expect to get any communication from them updating you on your order and they will not respond to any of your requests. Live and learn, buyer beware. I now check reviews for everything before purchasing.

      Absolutely terrible. I waited nearly two years for 11 pops, and received 6. That's what I get for not reading the reviews, and trying to give the little guy a chance. Never again.
