      I have tried on multiple occasions to get a refund after waiting over a year for my pre order purchase. They gave me the runaround about how I could only get store credit or recreate my order. Save all emails and open a dispute against their store with whatever merchant you used to pay for items. Dispute claim with bank so they can also open investigation as to how these people are ripping people off.

      I would not even give them one star. They had my pre-order for 11 months for pops that have already been readily available in other stores. I emailed and they wrote back a full refund was not possible until after one year. Wrote back one month later after the full year was up and they said they had a new policy. Store credit (of which you could not deliver the first time) or refund minus a 25% restocking fee. So you are stealing 25% of my money to restock a product that you do not have in stock and never shipped me? Stay away from this company, they are a bunch of lying, stealing con persons.

      Absolutely pathetic customer service, pathetic company, been waiting for an order over a year and it says it will get shipped out in the next week then delayed the next week then delayed to the next week and so on and so forth, avoid like the plague

      I waited 2 years for an order I finally reached out asking if I can just get the available items shipped, and refunded for anything thats not available seeing as I waited TWO YEARS I also informed them that I had moved since purchasing the original order. They went ahead and shipped my items TO MY OLD HOUSE despite the fact that I had already provided them the new address. I reached out to let them know their error as my package said it was delivered to a city I no longer live in. They ghosted me for almost a week and informed me that the item was returned to them since I no longer live at the address they sent it to. They then gave me the option to have it re-shipped to my new address only if I PAY THE SHIPPING A SECOND TIME on an order that they messed up on to begin with!! They also gave me the option for a refund but take a 30% restocking fee! Literally the entire situation was their fault from start to finish and then they have the audacity to try and keep my money without sending me the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Save yourself the headache, I wish I had.

      So I just received a pre-order that I ordered last June! Its sad that it took this long and if I would had canceled my order I was told I would not get 100% back. I have 2 more pending orders from them that are months old and once I get these I will NEVER buy from them again! What a joke! To add I didnt want to give them 1 star for this 0 would be better!

      I did a pre-order on 11/19/2020 for funkos and as of today 9/2/2022 I still haven't received my funko orders.. I have 3 outstanding orders and they use to at least reply now the send an auto generated email. I'm basically out $600 from all 3 orders Order1 11/19/20 Order 2 2/2/21 Order 3 10/29/21 None have been sent and the phone number has full mailbox

      They need to shut down this site and store... These people are scammers... We all need to ****************** going to the news cast and let them see that we aren't taking this abuse no more they aren't honest they robbing innocent people out there please let's do something about this site cause this is ridiculously crazy how they are getting away with it!!!!

      Months after release and I still have not received my pre-ordered figures. I requested a refund and was told I'd need to pay a 25% fee to get the refund. Now I understand their scam.So I requested to be put in contact with a manager, or any higher up that could help me get a FULL refund. Two days pass, no response. I send a follow up, once again requesting to speak to someone who can help me. Two days pass AGAIN. Am I seriously being ghosted by this joke of a company?Don't pre-order anything through these clowns. Honestly, I wouldn't even risk buying something through them at all, even if it seems to be in stock. Don't give them your money. 1/5 stars, wish I could give them a 0.

      This Company has to at least pretend to be legitimate because they get Funko Shop exclusives, but their customer service is horrible, their pre-orders never ship, they dont do cash refunds, and after issuing me gift cards the first time I switched orders they credit back a $7 fee and kept the original 80 they had issued on a gift card when they could not deliver an order for 1 and half years. Now they have ghosted me. If they make it right I will update my review but at this time worst company ever.b
