      After years of using this company for my household appliances I WILL NEVER USE P.C. RICHARDS AGAIN! I purchased a refrigerator in the ************* store, after this being the 4th delivered to my home this refrigerator still isn't working right! Two separate maintenance people have come yo tell me that the refrigerator will never work as it should and the ice machine hasn't worked since they brought this thing here! After going to the store countless times, countless phone calls I now have to wait for yet another maintenance guy to come tell me the same exact thing that the last two told me this has been a horrible experience both with the refrigerator, store and customer service!!! I will NEVER purchase from them again nor recommend them to anyone and my family has been informed and will never use this store again!!

      The worst communication ever.Purchased a Kitchen aid dishwasher in May 2021, within months the fan and motherboard were replaced. Few months later the motor went out. We were told we can get store credit towards a new machine or we can wait for a motor to become available. we opted for a new machine.Customer service told us to go to the store and tell them we have credit on file, after 6 trips to the store, they were finally able to find the credit. we ordered a new machine April of 2022, for another brand with an actual third rack like our original, we were told it was on back order for a few weeks, but the invoice guaranteed it would be in 12 weeks, here we are 19 weeks later with no communication where the unit is. we have had a broken dishwasher longer than a working washer. I have emailed customer service in the past and, when you finally get an answer you are told to contact the store you purchased the item from. When I called the store twice, they told me I need to speak to the salesman who wrote up my order to get an update and they weren't available to speak at either time. I have also emailed customer service twice this week no answer.This has been an absolute disgrace, I will never order an item from here again. this was our first purchase here, and PC Richard made sure it was going to be our last

      My name is *****. i own a business in ******* ** and i bought a ************* to use for commercials in my store. we installed the tv in the lobby and when we turned it on the tv screen stayed dark. i had a full factory warantee and extended 5 year service protection agreement.so, i went to the store in ******* (where i bought the tv from) and told them it does not work. they send a technician who called and said that something is wrong with the screen. they will request a new one and replace it in about 3 days. couple of hours later the same guy called me back and told me that the wire was damaged inside and it is not covered by warantee. so i called to Pc richard and son headquarters in long island and they told me that the technician assessment it is a physical damage of the screen and is not covered by warantee and nothing else they can do even though the tv has never been used with the clear film still covering the screen. i called ** directly. their rep came in and said it is not a physical damage. he said it is most likely the driver board and fixed it in 15min. so my conclusion is that PC Richard and sons has the worst customer service with the rep hanging up on me when i tried to explain what was the issue. i will never go to them again or ever recommend them.

      The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. I purchased a refrigerator and within 14 months it died. Every customer service rep told me another story and "put a note on my account" that seemingly disappeared before I heard from the next rep. **** they told me a supervisor would call me back and yet that never happened.We have been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks now....which has been a blast with two small kids. Stay away from this store at all costs.

      PC Richards has been my go-to store since ******** closed. No longer. I purchased a Whirlpool washer approximately 10 months ago that needed service. ***** came, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the replacement parts. He also told me when the install was done, there should have been a candy cane attachment on the drain house to prevent crushing. I had in the past gotten error codes because the washer was not draining properly all the time. He told me to simply go to the store, tell them, and they would give me the part and he would fix it when he came back for the repair. I went to the store, saw my salesman and informed him of the issue. I was told he didn't have one and to go to ********** to purchase one. Why should I be told to purchase what should have been included with the install? In fact, the installation instructions clearly show the part that was missing in their manual. I called and spoke to several people in customer service and was told I would get a call back which I told them I wanted before scheduling. Instead, I got an email saying my service was scheduled.. Luckily, when ***** came back he remembered my issue and brought the part, which he said he did on his own, not after contact by customer service. After this I highly doubt I will be a customer of this store.

      I bought multiple kitchen appliances from PC Richards in the past year. Many of them have had issues and dealing with the customer service reps is a nightmare. They are rude, unknowledgeable and disrespectful. This past Saturday, I waited at home all day for a new fridge to be delivered after a 2019 ******* fridge stopped working. The installer never showed up, however, wrote that he knocked on the door in the notes. **************** blamed the fridge not getting delivered on me not being home, however, I was home and he definitely did not attempt to knock or stop by my house. The installer was contacted and he said he would come back in 40 minutes. 3 hours later he never showed up. **************** has done nothing to attempt to rectify this situation besides repeating that the reason he didn't deliver the fridge was because no one was home. I do not recommend purchasing anything from PC Richards.

      During a June 2022 purchase of a Beko refrigerator, the ** Richard salesman offered me a $300 rebate. He printed a webpage with the phrase, Purchase one of the following models and get a $300 discount. When I filed the rebate request with Beko, they told me that the salesman was incorrect. That rebate only applied to the purchase of three appliances. I bought the product with the knowledge that I would get $300 back, and I was misled by ** Richards sales tactics. I wouldn't have made the purchase without the rebate.

      I wish that I read these reviews before purchasing from this co. I have had nothing but trouble with a refrig I purchased from them. First it froze everything and now it does not get cold enough. After being serviced 6 times, I insist on a refund, which the company will not issue. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.

All you would need to do at this time is contact your nearest P.C. **************************** store location, and provide them with this invoice number. The showroom personnel will assist you further. The credit is in the amount of the original purchase price, which is $1259.97 + tax ($83.47) for a total of $1343.44; we will remove the old appliance when we deliver the new one. We certainly hope this helps.

      i wish I could give them a ZERO. This company stinks!!!Too many liars work there---over promise, no delivery.My **** top that I brought from them with warranty was broken over 2.5 months ago. We called for repair service on 5/16/22 and got an appointment for 5/20/22. Some jerk from their company cancelled our appointment without notification 15 minutes before appointment time. I drove 2 hours home for nothing! When I called, a woman by the name ****** promised it was rescheduled for the next day and someone would reach out to us later that day to confirm the time of appointment. I found out the next day after no one came it was a total lie---She didn't schedule anything at all. After that, I called and spoke to ******* ********* **************** after 70 days waiting, the part they ordered for the repair came. Some rude guy by the name of **** came to my house with the part just to tell me it was a two men job, but they only dispatched him, he freaking left. No one has reached out to me after I was assured by ***** from CUSTOMER SERVICE that someone will contact me by the end of the day with a solution.They are really kidding when PC Richard tells people they are the company you can trust!

      Good morning. We were able to obtain a date to have two technicians come to your home to complete the repair for 8/9/22. The Frigidaire cooktop needed to be accessible in order for our technicians to complete the service repair. We have confirmed this date with you. We hope this helps.
