      I make my review based on the ** Richard in *********** , ***********The staff is rude, dishonest, and uninformed.I bought two vacuums, dishwasher, and oven. Each had to returned because they could not be fixed after three tries. The oven had to be replaced two times! The second oven emitted carbon monoxide causing my alarms to go off. and my family and my tenants had to evacuate until the fire department cleared us to return to our residence.I question why! Are their products refurbished or taken from the models on the floor?

      I wouldn't even do one star but it wouldn't let me submit the review. Our ** refrigerator stopped working on April 30th. We have the extended warranty and had appointment on Thursday May 2nd. The technician said it was the compressor, so it was replaced, he said wait 24 hours and it should work, well it didn't. So another service call was scheduled for Wed. May 8th, the technician said the compressor wasn't working and that PC Richards would probably replace the refrigerator. We call service and they have us down for another service call on Monday May 13th. We got a different technician guy this time and replaced the compressor and 1 or 2 other parts and put a thermometer in the freezer and he said it was cooling. Again, we check a few hours later and it's not cooling. Another call to service, we are schedule for a service call on Monday May 13th. Nothing has worked and we are still without a refrigerator. Call service again and they had us scheduled for Monday May 20th to replace the compressor again. We get a call on Monday May 20th, canceling because the compressor was damaged. We were told it would take 2-3 business days for them to get the compressor and then they would schedule another appointment to work on the refrigerator. The gentleman I spoke to said, if this doesn't work, then he could almost guranntee we'd probably get a new refrigerator. We are highly disgusted with their service. We haven't had a refrigerator in almost a month.

      Bought ******* refrigerator along with the extended warranty. Started breaking 3 years after purchase. Water would work on and off. Wasted 7 vacation days waiting for technicians before they honored the warranty. Due to long hospitalization and recovery of a family member didnt make any additional service calls during last year but the issues still happened. Finally they honored the warranty last month. Waited a month for the replacement fridge to get here. Specifically asked the sales person if I can keep the old fridge till the new one is cooled down sufficiently and was told yes. There is even a note on the receipt stating it. I was informed at the time of delivery that the fridge needs to go. If I have known that I would have gotten ice for all the coolers to keep the freezer and fridge food safe and not purchase anything if I knew when the new fridge would be here. I was going to wait the 4 hour (now informed by assistant manager that it could be 24 hrs depending on the fridge) and after transferring all of the food have the neighbors bring it to the dump. I had few minutes to empty everything and now my food is not safe. ******** wanted to reschedule because they didnt have an installation team to connect the water. I told them I will connect it myself because Im not wasting another vacation day on this. Unfortunately now Im stuck with another appliance with extended warranty thats not worth the paper its written on unless you sit home and dont mind the biweekly visits from a technician.

      Got my dryer serviced and service man never opened it to see the problem but when he returned with parts he ordered didnt help it was just the vent pipe disconnect! 6 weeks without a dryer ! 0 rating for service still would shop at ************* Richards with **** and ******* Right !

      PCRichards and sons has been used by me for over 20 yrs. Since covid (2020) the service ,especially warranty covered services is terrible. My refrigerator broke under warranty April 15,2024 I am still waiting more than 2 weeks for someone to come look at it! Never mind how long it will take to repair it! My advice "if you can't afford to buy a new one to replace the one you just bought , don't trust PCRichards or their warranty ! The founding ******************** and I are very dissapointed

      **************** is well below an acceptable level. Waited 2 months for a stove that was ordered as part of an appliance suite. No communication, no follow up, no concern from the company. I will never shop there again.

      4/14/24 I bought a Beats Studio buds for my son; open the box to tryout the buds. Sound quality was very low when listening to music.Try to return studio buds on 4/17/24 they will not except my return because I open the box. PC Richard Explain to me thats the policy once it open it cannot be returned. I call Apple about it and they said they have never heard anything about that policy.I would like a refund because Im not satisfied I will not go to PC Richard again this is not the first time I had issue with them.

      I ordered a new refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher on 2/19/24 from sales rep ************** at the ******* ** store. I had every item selected, including color sku#, associated moves and/or installation. As explained to the "well trained, educated sales rep " that no work of any kind was necessary. I would purchase all appliances but must be absolutely insured a Certificate of Insurance would be provided to my ** cooperative building.-IT TOOK OVER 1 MONTH FOR EMPLOYEES TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SUBMIT CORRECT INTERNAL INFORMATION AND PROVIDE THE **** THIS ALSO REQUIRED DAILY CALLS, EMAILS, TEXTS AND CALLS TO ALL LEVELS OF THE COMPANY. (THE ******* ** STORE RARELY ANSWERS THE ****** HUNGSUP AFTER ANSWERING, WHEN PUT ON HOLD OR IF ANSWER IS TOO DIFFICULT.-OVER 1 MONTH AFTER INITIAL ORDER PLACED, DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED FINALLY FOR 4/4/24.AGAIN, WITH THE NECESSITY TO CALL ALL LEVELS OF COMPANY REQUARLY, ON MY TIME! -IT WAS MADE CLEAR BUILDING ACCEPTS DELIVERIES BETWEEN 9 AND 4 ONLY. -AFTER WAITING HOME ALL DAY FOR REPORTED DELIVERY THAT KEPT INCREASING UNTIL DRIVER CALLED TO REPORT DELIVERY AFTER 4PM, WHICH BLDG WOULD NOT ACCEPT.-ALMOST 3 MONTH AFTER APPLIANCES PURCHASED AND COMMUNICATIONS IN EXCESS OF 40 HOURS, I DO NOT HAVE APPLIANCES. -WHILE ******* ** STORE MGT ******* WAS ON VACATION, "*****" ASSURED ME, AFTER I CALLED THE STORE, MULTIPLE TIMES I WOULD BE RECEIVING MY APPLIANCES TOMORROW, 4/16. 2 DAYS AGO I EXPRESSED CONCERNS OVER THE DAILY TEXTS AND EMAILS NOTING "MY APPLIANCES WERE NOT SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY." "***** ASSURED ME, THESE WERE AUTOMATED MESSAGES AND MY APPLIANCES WERE STILL SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY.-I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE --******* ** STORE AND AFTER MULTIPLE HANG **** WAS ADVICED BY A VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE, "YOU HAVE NO DELIVERY SCHEDULED." HIS LAST COMMENT, "***** WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW " AND HUNG UP. NOT ANSWERING MY INCOMING STORE CALL OR RECEIVED A CALL.-I CANCELLED ELECTRICIAN, PLUMBERS AT A FEE, AGAIN.I EXPECT COMPLETE COMPENDATION!!!!

      PC Richard refuses to honor their warranty and replace a leaking washing machine. They have lied and gaslit me every step of the way and blame me for a problem that has existed from day one. From ***************** installers who spent half the time watching a soccer game to the complete lack of communication and steadfast refusal to replace my machine, I have decided to close my account once the unit is paid off and will never do business with them again.
