    e address. They then responded on February 20th and stated:"We apologize that you haven't received your package. After further confirmation with our delivery service partner, the courier has confirmed delivery and uploaded proof of delivery. Please contact your seller or the customer service team on the platform where you purchased the item(s) for further processing. We will continue to improve our services. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us."I have tried my best to get this matter resolved on my own, but the courier, GOFO Express, is committed to being unhelpful about the matter. I provided them with all the information they asked for and needed. All I have asked and continue to ASK for IN RETURN is for A CERTIFICATE OF LOSS that I can share with the shop, Capy-Era, so that I can receive a refund for my stolen package. They have been dragging this out for months, continuing to leave me even more disappointed with my purchase.

    This business recorded my package as delivered to my front door. It clearly wasn't delivered as evidenced from their own pictures of delivery. When I enquired about it, I got a ridiculous run around asking for more evidence that it wasn't delivered correctly and then more delaying tactics following that. It's been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't corrected their negligent actions whatsoever. At minimum, consumers should be aware of their practices.

    e courier must pay attention to the name of the road is not effective at all. This business should not even exist. I have followed up with the company I ordered from and I have proof that the door it was delivered to is not mine. I also have a surveillance camera on my front door.

    I am filing a complaint regarding a recent incident involving the non-delivery of a package and unacceptable delivery practices. On 01/10/25 I placed an order on Amazon and was provided with a tracking number, GF5072130179000, using the shipping company GOFO EXPRESS. The package was supposed to arrive on 01/24/25 but I never received it.I discovered that the package had been delivered to a **** parcel locker at my residence. However, the photo proof of delivery provided by **** shows that the package had been placed in the parcel locker in an unsecured manner, with the key still in the lock. This is a clear violation of **** regulations, as only authorized **** mail carriers are allowed to deliver to parcel lockers and remove the keys to place in mailboxes.Either the package was stolen or the mail carrier saw this and must have returned to sender as the package should not have been delivered in an unsecure way.*Specific Issues:*1. *Non-delivery of package:* My package was not delivered to me, despite being marked as "delivered" 2. *Unacceptable delivery practices:* The package was placed in a **** parcel locker in an unsecured manner, with the key still in the lock. This is a clear violation of **** regulations and puts the security of packages at risk.3. *Lack of training:* The driver who delivered my package was not properly trained on the protocols for delivering packages, as evidenced by their actions.4. *Poor customer service:* I have not received a response from the company

    I ordered an item and this company gofo express was supposed to deliver the item. The tracking status says delivery address is incorrect therefore the item could not be delivered. Gofo express provided their contact info email and phone number for me to provide the correct address. I emailed twice and no response. I called and answering machine says extremely busy, no chance to leave a voicemail and disconnected. I also texted and no response. The claim by gofo express that the delivery address was incorrect was a lie. I suspected this business is a scam and trying to keep the item and sell it for profit. Unfortunately gofo express is what the seller used for a shipping carrier.

    I ordered some items from **** and they split the order in two packages 1 part was sent through **** which arrived fine and the second part (with the most expensive items) was sent through GOFO Express which at this time I have never heard of them. The package was supossed to arrive around Dec. 24th 2024 and in Dec. 23 the tracking info said the delivery failed because the address is invalid (which it's not true, its the **** address to my PO Box which is a move to competitive box which is able to receive packages from all major parcel carriers). But fine they said they don't deliver to Post Offices, Ok. So I gave them an alternate address WITH the *** coordinates that I have been receiving packages on for decades. It says the package was out for delivery on Dec. 29 and on Jan. 1 2025 it again said the delivery failed. I contacted them again via email. Because on the phone listed on their website you will never get to speak to anyone, you call them and it's either just a prerecorded voice saying that the lines are busy a few times before it disconnects the call or saying that you are in a queue of X amounts of callers, the waiting time decreases but your queue place doesn't. I have waited an hour hearing that my place was #** and the waiting time was 0 minutes. So a day later they sent me a copy paste/AI generated message asking me for a valid address again when both the original address and the alternate are valid. It was clear they didn't read my message. I think this is a scam trying to steal packages since most of the time Temu just give you a refund and don't want the items back so GOFO Express get to keep the items they don't want to deliver. Or they are the most incompetent business ever created.

    My order number of *************** on 9 December 2024 did not arrived at the intended address and I want my money back. I have made repeated attempts via email and phone to get my money reimbursed as some stranger evidently signed for the package???

    I bought something From K&F on 12/24/24, an adapter for my camera. waited a few days cause it was being shipped from *****, checked my emails and it said it was delivered on 12/29/24, went to go outside to grab the package and it wasn't there. I looked around the outside of my house and my mailbox and nothing. I eventually checked my Security cameras and nobody ever came to my house to drop anything off. I thought maybe that my neighbors got the package by mistake, so I went over to ask and they said they received nothing. I emailed them back and they gave me back some ** answers and said that it was delivered and I must be wrong. I have screen shots of the emails. and am willing to send them all to you. but the ** of it is, I now lost $44.39 and have nothing, and I want my money back or the item I bought
