    this is the worst delivery service around I have lost hundreds of dollars ordering from temu because most of their distributors use go for and although I tell go for to knock on my door they leave my packages in the hallway on the floor outside of my door and they get stolen and I can't get a refund because the say the package was delivered I try to avoid any company that uses go for what a bad terrible delivery service

    They delivered a package to the public place near my house. Not to my front door. Not the place where I would check for packages at all. Then when I looked at the delivery photos on their website (which didn't even work on the first try), I discovered where the package was -- but when I came to pick it up finally, it wasn't there. Essentially they didn't deliver it properly, and it was stolen.When I confronted them about it, they said that the delivery was made "in compliance with their internal instructions" and that they will deliver like that the next time too. They are the only company that does this, I have others (******, ****, **** *****) delivering properly, ********* other words, they simply won't deliver me the package, even though they will take payment for it. And then they will do nothing about it.

    If I could they would receive a 0. The picture provided with my 'been delivered notice' clearly shows an abandoned property that anyone would be afraid to enter.

    **** has had my package for two weeks now. To be delivered at my place of work... I keep e-mailing them to make sure they attempt delivery between 8-5 and yet my package has been parked undeliverable three times now. They don't respond to e-mails and when you call their customers service line it doesn't connect you with anyone. **** COMPANY that steals packages from you.

    I have two signs on at my front door saying to deliver packages at the back door. SIX TIMES their delivery drivers have walked past the sign, sat the package at the front door, and took a picture of the delivery between the two signs. I've contacted their customer service and all I get is an email response saying they "will do better." They are just ignorant.

    Worst delivery service if youre ordering anything from ****** and the seller uses this delivery service do not make order had ordered stain glass, and the delivery driver threw it twice. **************** did not do anything about it. The second time I contacted seller he even put fragile on the package and I sent the company two videos of him, throwing the fragile package Never use horrible company!!!

    I had two packages come in from them, the first one gave me issues, saying that delivery failed despite me giving them all the information they need to enter my neighborhood. I live in a gated community but i have never had an issue with any delivery service. I eventually got that package but currently am going through more issues with my last package, more delivery failed attempts and it says it is going back to the facility but it hasnt moved. it hasnt arrived to the facility yet and when i call cs about it, they just tell me they opened an investigation, why? they dont tell me, they just say that it'll deliver in 1-3 days. i cannot stand this company!!!!

    they genuinely do not even deserve 1 star. package was surprisingly delivered, but have video proof of the delivery driver throwing the package at my all glass storm door. i'm thoroughly surprised it didn't break anything. who delivers packages and decides to throw them?
