    they genuinely do not even deserve 1 star. package was surprisingly delivered, but have video proof of the delivery driver throwing the package at my all glass storm door. i'm thoroughly surprised it didn't break anything. who delivers packages and decides to throw them?

    Every time I receive a delivery from GOFO express it seems that they say deliveredbut the package never arrives. I have a ring door camera so I would know and get an alert when someone comes near.Someone should really investigate this companys business practices.

    We've had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. They have refused to deliver a package and will not update the delivery information, despite me contacting them 6 different times. Each time I've spoken with a representative, I was assured this would be resolved - but nothing has changed. I also asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive a call within 24 hours. It's now been 4 days, and I have yet to hear from anyone. At this point, the company is holding my package without any valid reason and is refusing to assist in correcting the issue.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. 99% of the time your package will be stolen by the person delivering your package they outsource delivers to third party contractors. there costumer service is trash on the website it's a bot that wont help with anything and if you call them they don't really care. I received a tracking number today and the website won't bring up any information so I called and all they did was tell me the website is acting up and to call back in 3 days if my package isn't delivered this company needs to be shut down

    The WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!!! They said my package stop moving or better yet it was LOST when in reality they steal people packages and throw them around damaging the inside of the product! I wish POPMART would let our items go to *** or ***** because I am no longer comfortable with them delivering my stuff. I have so much footage of them tossing my stuff even when my mom was on the porch!!!! I everyone to report them right alone with POPMART to do better. We are not wasting up all this money for terrible experiences.

    The couriers are unproffessional, and throws orders toward the door instead of placing them there. I have emailed support tegarding it happened twice so far, and the response led me to believe they didn't believe me nor my witness. They obviously do not care about their company losing business because of unproffessional couriers.

    Does not deserve a star rating at all. They delivered my package and took a photo of it left outside my complex building. I went down to check and it was not there at all. I've contacted them and they just keep repeating the same "our records show it was delivered. Contact seller" i contacted the seller and they echoed the same message but for me to reach out to the delivery company. There are many similar reviews to mine on their ****** page. They falsely advise they deliver and dont.

    This disgusting company gave me 2 delivery dates since the 1st excuse for the delivery was that they had no access to enter the building that has a workable ring buzzer...in the end and for reasons their rude customer service techs couldn't give me answers and hung up on me twice...I called the bank so I can get a full refund and also called the manufacturing company to express my anger on their handling this issue but got no where...also found out they sell my information which I did not consent to. SCAMMERS ??????

    This is the worst incompetent delivery company ever from courier to customer service they just can't get it right constant wrong deliver with no resolution... they take pictures showing the wrong address and you package can have you actual address on it and they still will deliver to wrong house , you constantly have to reach out to customer service and everything is a 1 -5 day investigation, and guess what happens after day 5, still no resolution even with customer service seeing pictures of courier delivering to wrong address...just throw the whole company away. I can't wait until companies stop using this delivery company as there go to.
