    Unsure of the date I was looking at products advertised in online ad (probably around February *****, 2023)I did not complete the order and received a notification that the order was not completed I have had unknown charges appear on my bank account for payment to Truedly on 2-21-23 for $9.99 and another charge on 2-24-23 for $109.88 Today I received a package from FMS at *********************************************************** for 2 products I looked at but I didnt complete this order and couldnt have received anything or been billed for any amount. Do not know if FMS and Truedly are the same place and associated with the ad I looked at Want my money back, will return these products and want no further shipments for something I didnt order Deleted the correspondence to my phone because the order was not completed

    I received two testerone products from a internet ad that I was promised would be cancelled. The two bottles had return address of Prestige Unit ************************************************************** on envelope and ********** name Or invoice. One billed 2/16 ***** the other 2/21/23 for ***** Due to my own skiptracing and verification with my Bank I found the company to be Cognigence Products also matching that same return envelope Prestige addressplease note products were sent with no invoice! I then called that Company Cognigence Products at ********** rated F by BBB and spoke to ***** who refused to refund after I was promised to be cancelled. I found it strange that the ************* was referenced to a second Company Finishing Touch with no invoice but same return address on envelope of Prestige Unit 678. Obviously it makes me think they have several companies with a misleading product etc.Later that day I got a Voice Mail where ***** said they were refunding $*****. I am requesting $113.94!Please contact me by email ************************************ ************************* ***********

    On 2-21-23 I Received a package containing two bottles of gummy supplements that I did not order or want. Received from Trend #***, ***********************************************************. No order form or billing statement was included. I am going to return the package to the above address. I will not pay for this package nor do I want it.I am going to contact my credit card companies to tell them this is a fraudulent charge. I dont know which credit card was used in the transaction.

    I did order one bottle of ************************* Weight Loss Gummies. I did NOT order the second set of pills because I was not going to spend any extra money. I received one of each item. Then in January I received a second set of the items which were NOT ordered.I was going to contact Prestige so I went online to tell them to not send anymore. I found the BBB site so I decided to make a complaint. I hope you can contact them to tell them I do not want anymore and the package will be thrown away or returned to them. My decision if it has to be made.Thank you,***********************

    Received a product from this company by mail which I did not order. There was no packing slip, invoice, receiptnothing, just the product. When I called the customer service number they said they did not have an account for me. I have no information to go on other than the return address on the shipping container.

    Date of transaction: 11/02/2022 for free trial paying only S&H with only a week to stop future shipments without any information on how to cancel.The amount already taken from credit card without approval: $203.29.The business only committed to only provide the free trial product.The dispute is the additional two (2) shipments without prior approval.The business has been contacted to cancellation and return of the two (2) shipments and refund of unauthorized payments.Cancellation Reference number KC021.

    I ordered two products in October 2022 and determined that they were not satisfactory after using them for 4 months. I called the company on 1-14-23 to cancel my future orders. After 45 minutes and being transferred to a different number I was told they couldn't find my order. I explained that they have been shipping the product to my address for 4 months and billing my credit card I found it hard to believe they couldn't find my account; After being told again that they couldn't find any account and that I should contact by bank I said I would do that and hung up. I contacted my bank and they made a note of the action and said if I received further product or charges to call back and they would reverse the charges and stop the action.

    I ordered a product called advanced nourishment as a free sample. I know that they send orders after you receive the free shipment but *** received three orders in the last month. So, I emailed them and asked to be taken off their list as I break out in hives from this product. I called them and was told hey have no record of my orders and dont sell this product. I returned one order with a letter and today I received another. Please stop these orders and reimburse my account
