On May 15th, i received a call from Jordan P***** demanding that i am home to sign court ordered documents . Gave me a number to call which came to be LSH holdings. Within 15 minutes , they have called ex spouses , family members who i not longer choose to have contact with . Harassing my family for no reason . No one has has answered a call to explain the reasoning . I don’t want to be harassed nor do i want my family to be harassed.Business Response

I have been receiving phone calls from a third party. Asked to verify what company. Where the papers are coming from. The person on the phone could not provide me any information. She provided a phone number through voicemail which I called and the person stated depend on the department I am calling. I was provided with no information. The person wanted to come to my house. I stated I am not verifying any information if she has nothing to provide to me. I disconnected the line and the person called me several times. The phone # she called from is **********. Very unprofessional. I do not give permission to be contacted from a third party or for anyone to show up at my home.Business Response

An individual named Alexis C*****, a representative with this company's "location services" (her words) called me and left a message (see picture). The message stated she needed to discuss scheduling delivery of "certified documentation that will be requiring your signature." She then stated I would be "placed on a schedule for service for Monday out to my residence and or place of employment." I called the number left in message to gather more info. Immediately I was asked to verify address and SSN. I stated I would not do that over the phone as I had no idea as to whom I was speaking nor the name of a company or reference as to what this matter pertained. She said she was with LSH Holdings as part of their "location services". She then rambled off an address and asked me to confirm. I stated if they believe they already have my contact info. they can send any info. in writing to me as I have never received written documentation of anything from an Alexis C***** or LSH Holdings. I then reminded her that is the only entity that can deliver legitimate certified mail. I also told her that no one is allowed to harass anyone in-person at work. I told her I was looking up the company information online and I wanted to see if they had BBB accreditation. She continued to threaten to send someone to my house or place of employment on Monday and then hung up on me. This has to be one of the most unprofessional and illegitimate ways to work with customers. Most people want to do the right thing and will do so when the proper channels are utilized and laws are followed. Any legitimate company or debt collector will provide information in writing and work with you by providing options to settle your debt. I am requesting this company no longer contact to me. If this is related to any debt, I have the right to request all information pertaining to the date be mailed to be in writing so I can verify and validate and move forward with settling that debt.Business Response

Mr. ********* had previously established a payment arrangement, which he subsequently defaulted on. The representative was calling to verify the accuracy of the location information on file. To comply with third-party disclosure regulations, we needed to ensure we were speaking to the correct party before discussing any account details. This company called and left voicemail stating they had a certified document and they would show up at my home to get signed on Thursday. A certified letter is sent thru mail and if you are not home. I never received anything in the mail from this company. I have no idea what this was. They are calling and harassing my family members who have nothing to do with this who are calling and asking if I am being sued?? They should not be using the sort of scare tactics to collect a debt. From my understanding they are a 3rd party debt collector. A permissible company or debt collector will provide information IN WRITING and work with you to provide options to best settle a debt. I am requesting this company no longer contact to me or harass my family. If this is related to any debt, I have the right to request all information pertaining to the debt and for it to be mailed to me so I can verify and validate and move forward with settling that debt.Business Response

This company first started calling me from restricted numbers leaving multiple voicemails that state that they needed for me to sign some paperwork. They even reached out to family members that I barely talk to. They have continued to call and harass not just myself but my family members as well. Leaving multiple voicemails in a threatening and harassing manner. The first "representative" named Jamie H***** called at least 4 times from a restricted number saying in the first voicemail that she needed to "verify my address." The second voicemail that she left saying that she "was going to make an attempt to get documents to my address." She also left voicemails on my family members phones saying similar things. She told one of my family members that I owed a debt for clothes. Today, I get three calls back to back and a voicemail that says that this new lady named Nora F***** is trying to reach me out because I "have been placed on her schedule for service to sign for certified documentation," and if I'm available on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. I called the number that they left and they are trying to ask me personal information like what's my address and this that and the other. They are trying to say that I was in breach of contract with a company I have never heard of. I told them to take me off of their list and that I do not owe a debt. The representative was so rude and just hung up on me. I have never experienced such horrible people. I won't them to cease and desist contacting myself and any/all of my family members or acquaintances. I will not be harassed or allow anyone that I know to be either. These are illegal practices and this company should be stopped.Business Response

After thorough examination of all calls linked to Mrs. D****** account, it was determined that no representative discussed any debt related to clothing, indicating a potential misidentification of a different entity. Mrs. D**** reached out to our office on April 19th, 2024, engaging in a conversation with one of our representatives. During this interaction, Mrs. D**** conveyed concerns regarding the disputed nature of the account in question, asserting it as fraudulent and expressing unfamiliarity with the creditor. In response, the representative promptly categorized the account under "fraud" status and advised Mrs. D**** to contact the alleged creditor for further verification. After this exchange, no additional attempts at contact have been made. As a preventive measure, Mrs. D****** account has been transitioned into a "cease-and-desist" status, thereby ensuring the cessation of any further contact attempts.Customer Answer

They claim that no further contact was made yet these people still continue to call me since my complaint was first issued. I want them to stop calling me and stop calling my family members.

This company has been contacting myself, husband, and multiple family members saying I need to be home by a certain day and time to sign for documents. I have not given this company permission to contact anyone but myself. I was called by a private number and told to contact lsh to reschedule. First red flag. I have been trying to contact them for over a week in regards to this matter. And go to voicemail every time with no call back. If the debt is truly mine please send paperwork via certified mail via the usps. I do not even know what this is in regards to if it's a debt or something else. Do not contact my family any longer or I will be seeking legal council for a cease and desist and other actions as this is illegal practice.Business Response

I revived a call from this business today stating someone was going to be coming by my house on Friday to serve me. First of all that’s not something you tell people and second of all I have never conducted business with you nor will I. I was called by this company because i had a small balance of 161.00 with balance credit. They left voicemail stating they had a certified document and they woukd show up at my home to get signed on thurs between 1 and 4 if i was not home they woukd show up at my place of employment!! A certified letter is sent thru mail and if you are not home. They leavre a card and you pick up from post office. Threatening to come to my work is not ok and that is also harassment! I never received anything im the mail from this company. Had no idea what this was. I almost did not call back because it sounded like a scam.
