    Terrible ******************* placed an order two days ago. Once I submitted my order I received a Thank you and an order# however I never received a confirmation email so I emailed them and they told me that I never completed my transaction and that I my order# doesnt exist. How can they say my transaction was completed when they took my money. The payment cleared out of my account. I have been emailing them for two days and they told me they would send it to their resolution department and I have yet to hear from them. I just want a refund but they dont have a phone number to contact just email. FYI, I have bought several of their phone cases, phone rings and such, Ive never had an issue until now. Im out $72.54 that is keeping me from buying my daughter a different Christmas gift because my purchase was a Christmas gift.

    I am trying to return two products and the label generator won't work. They told me I have to wait for the label to send products back and yet no one is fixing the issue or contacting me. It is all on me to figure out why I can't ship product back to get a refund. It has been over a week and the customer service is shoddy. Plus you should be able to call or chat with a representative. I just emailed and asked for return address as I am happy to ship back and pay without their stupid label. I also don't want to be charged $5 shipping fee when they are not helpful. I feel like they are delaying the process and I am going to have to eat $45 of merchandise that I want to return because their label generator doesn't work. I will never buy from them again and I had also bought over $200 in merchandise from them. The poor customer service when something is wrong has caused me to be a detractor from Velvet Caviar. I will tell others not to order from them. Better off with ****** - at least they have excellent customer service. For a small company, you would think this is the area where they would excel -- NOPE. Big fail.

    I placed an order for a phone case and a mighty grip on November 17th. I did not get a confirmation order so I contacted Velvet Caviar immediately. They got back to me the next day and told me that they could not locate my order under my name and address and asked me to send them a screenshot of my payment. I sent them a screen shot of my payment at which time I saw that they processed a partial refund. I reached out to them then again and heard nothing back until days later. At which time I was told that they had cancelled my order and provided me my refund. I told them that I did not get my full refund. They told me that I need to speak with my bank for further clarification. Firstly they stated they could not locate my order, then they stated they did locate it but it had been cancelled. Why was it cancelled ? Why was I not given a full refund ?

    Horrible!!!!! **************** is incompetent and does not stand by their products. They sent me not one, but two broken accessories and refuse to refund me. Instead they want to send me a store credit that would not even cover shipping. It's laughable at this point. I don't even want the product because it would probably just come broken again all I want is my money back. They take DAYS to reply and ever answer is even more incompetent then the previous.

    i originally ordered my cases on september 24th 2024 and i did not receive them until october 10th 2024. it says 2-5 business days which is a lie and they wouldnt give me my full refund due to shipping it back to them. so instead of getting a full refund they gave me the option to exchange my two cases for different ones, which i in fact did. i picked out two cases that i thought were perfect and one was out of stock a few days later. they sent me a email at 2am and told me please get in touch by replying to this email and i did, that was on october 16th 2024 and i still havent gotten a email from them! ive emailed them multiple times last week and this week about my other case and refund and i have not gotten a response back. they sent me my refund case on october 22nd 2024 and its defected, ive emailed them about that and still havent gotten a response. dont buy from this company, they are money hungry and will not do what is right when it comes down to that time.

    Everyone should just stay away from this company. I had my package from them lost in the mail, it ended up getting delivered to the wrong place (somewhere in the ****** when it was supposed to be coming to ******). I even checked my order confirmation and I definitely put the correct address. I have tried contacted them 4 times and they are completely ghosting me. It has been over a week since I initial contacted them and they clearly state on their website to expect a response in 1 business day (which is a flat out lie). These cases are very expensive and I want my money back! Its a shame because I really love their cases and I have been buying from them religiously since 2017. So good job losing a loyal customer **********************!

    I spent over $4,000 here and havent received any of my order. Its been 4 months since my first order was placed. There is no way to contact a customer support representative or any contact information listed.

    Made an order on September 5th only to be told 5 days later it was out of stock. Even though I ordered the products right when they launched on the website. Still waiting to resolve the problem and still havent heard anything back from customer support for 2 days. Will never purchase any of their products again. They just lost a loyal customer since 2017.

    Horrible product. I received the charging case and three days later it broke. They will take it back HOWEVER THEY MAKE ME PAY A RERURN SHIPPING FEE. Why? Your product is defective why should I have to pay Horrible product. Do not buy!!!!!!!!!

    They wont give me my money back. I bought a laptop case and it broke. I contacted customer service and the lady said for me to wait this was 2023 for the laptop case to come back in. It will be back. Not only did the laptop case never come back in stock, but I contacted them asking for my money back if youre patiently waiting and they said that Im past the warranty claim date. I wasnt when I contacted them in the first place. The lady told me to wait because they didnt wanna give me my money back. Then today They said they would give me a store credit and they gave me $60 when the laptop case was $80 . I have all their emails. Their products are not long lasting, and they are very dishonest.
