    I placed an order on December 29. The one and only update I have received was on January 3. It has been sitting in Utah since then. I’ve attempted to contact customer service multiple times to no avail. No response except for the automated one that says they’ll be in touch. I also tried through ******** and no response there either. I have yet to receive my order, nor get any answers and all I have to show for this is a hole in my bank account.

    The order was shipped on 1/3 and does show it is currently in transit. With holiday delays, **** can be delayed in updating and delivering the package. If no updates by the end of the week, we are happy to ****** the order.

    Absolutely absurd return.exchange policy! I ordered a product as a Christmas gift, and it turned out I ordered the wrong item, so I requested an exchange. **** replied t ****** me it was past the 14 days after delivery for a return or exchange. Waht ridiculousness! Steer clear of this company!!

    Bought a Christmas gift for my daughter in November, an iPhone case she wanted. It arrived a couple weeks before Christmas, but when she opened the gift it was the wrong size. I asked to exchange it from iPhone 13 to iPhone 12 case size, however the company refused an exchange citing it's 14 day return policy. 1 - 14 days?! Why so short of time, do. your products not stand up to last for 30 days? 2- No exceptions for Christmas gifts? I've never worked with a company that did not have an exception for a December holiday return allowing at least a week after Christmas and Hanukah are over!! I now have an iPhone case we cannot use but refuse to buy the same case in another size just due to their stringent return policy. **************** does NOT invite return customers for sure!!

    The customer did reach out regarding an exchange on her order however It was outside our standard 14 day return and exchange window. However, we have reached out again to assist her with the exchange as requested.

    If I could give zero stars I would. False advertisement. I bought a magnet battery along with their mag safe case for best compatibility. It came in and did not work like they advertised. The battery did not stick to the phone case and the battery barely charged. I tried to leave a review on the website but you have to receive an email to leave a review on your product. Pretty sure a lot of those reviews are paid false reviews. The only legit ones I saw were the ones that actually rated them lower. Not sure how they are in business when their products dont work. Probably everyone bought a product like I did and find out later that it doesnt work. For them not to lose money they dont give you a refund in original payment, instead they give you credit so they can keep your money in their company. Never purchasing from them again. I can definitively see a law suit coming for this business in the future or a closure.

    The customer ordered a ************* pack which is only compatible with iPhone models 12 & up and she has an iPhone 11 therefore it is not compatible as stated on our website. We then assisted the customer with an exchange using a prepaid label to return the item that does not work for her device for one of our ReCharge Cases that is compatible with 11s.

    The first time, it took over a month for my item to arrive, when it said 8-12 days on the website. Then, when it finally arrived, the softer part of the case (seems like silicone, but apparently it isn't) got so dirty almost instantly and cannot be cleaned. Even ***** ****** won't clean it. So the case looks like junk now. Whatever material they use should not be used again!
    I reluctantly ordered a black version of my dirty case, since I love the functionality of it, and I'm hoping black won't show the dirt. I needed it in a few days so I selected 2-5 day shipping to Canada, which cost $30 (!), but was worth it to me since I needed it. I noticed today that they package is still in LA and not close to coming on time. When I contacted them, they told me that there is a 2 day processing time, and THEN the 2-5 day shipping time. It does not state this on the site. It says 2-5 days. When you order from ******, and it says 2 days, it comes in 2 days! Not 2 days of processing and then 2 more days! I feel like this is pretty scammy on the website. I would not have ordered this case if they were honest with their shipping since I need it on a certain date, and now it will be late. I contact them about this by email and they were not helpful at all. I explained and asked if they would refund my shipping. Of course, they won't.
    Bad customer service all around with Velvet Caviar! The cases are pretty but they don't stand up to typical wear and they look awful quickly. Avoid this company!

    We provided the customer with a store credit for the item she had an issue with that she used on her new order. We have also issued a refund on the shipping price difference for First Class vs Priority Shipping.

    Trust the reviews and do not do business with this company. Shipping is awful. Ordered on the 1st of the month and its now the16th and still no item. I knew I shouldnt have ordered but did it anyway and Im out over *****. Of course customer service is worthless. How does this place stay in business? Dont do it!!!!

    I ordered in October and my order was not shipped for several weeks. When I contacted customer service they blew me off and blamed delays on the carrier. I can SEE when the carrier received the order! They think that we are too dumb to know that a printed label does not mean it's been actually shipped. Because of this I am scrambling for another gift for my mother. They have this "PROMISE" that they completely ignore:Fast Shipping: Orders ship from ******** within 24 hours, M-F & delivered within 3-5 business days.And when I complained they said I can feel free to return any items, of course at my own expense. I will never order from them again and will continue to share this story with everyone everywhere.

    They sold me an **** Pro case that they didnt have in stock. They asked me if I would be ok waiting for the product (2 month wait time) or if I wanted a refund. I decided to wait. HUGE mistake. That was FOUR MONTHS AGO. First they sent me the other item I ordered and tried to act like they also sent me the **** case, so I made sure to tell them I did NOT get any **** case and remind them that it was promised as soon as they got some. I contacted them in September and they said they wouldnt have them until October. I contacted them in October and was informed that they had no idea when more were coming in. I had to hound them but they mysteriously figured out when their product would be restocked. A week or so later I get an automated email saying they got the product restocked. I sent an email to remind them to send me one and after telling them a bajillion times that its a 12.9 5th gen **** Pro, they send me an email asking if I have the 11 **** Pro. What??? I told them- again!- what **** I had. I offered to take a gift card for the amount I spent on the case and buy another like the one I hadnt gotten and they said they already sent it. It was sent on October 26th. It said awaiting item for 7 days, and now (11/4) it says its STILL awaiting item. When I ask about it Im treated like a bother and brushed off, repeatedly being asked to have patience with their carrier. They have not asked me to wait until next Wednesday- Im getting married NEXT FRIDAY and I still have to worry about this! I have shopped with them a few times and I love their cases but WHAT happened to customer service??? Good lord, GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR.

    We did first contact the customer to let her know the iPad Case was out of stock and would be out of stock for the foreseeable future as we worked on developing a new and improved style. We gave her the option to wait for the new one or receive a refund in which she opted to wait. She did have the option for a refund if she did not want to wait any longer. Once the new iPad Case was in, we did have it shipped out to her as soon as possible. There was an issue with the carrier/shipment for then we reshipped the item at no cost and was delivered as of 11/10.

    Received a iPhone charging phone case. It stopped working after 2 days. Asked for a refund and was refused. After two days of functioning for $70 I question the quality of their work. Was told I had 14 days from the time I ordered it (instead of delivery date) to return it. They offered to ship me a one time replacement but who would want their product after it being damaged after 2 days? Then have no other option because I received a replacement? Garbage. I feel scammed
