    Poor customer service. Doesnt rectify problems that will satisfy customer complaints. I had originally orders a grip that was supposed to be free, their program somehow zeroed out the amount of the grip and deleted it. Made customer service aware of the situation, to be told there was nothing they could do about it, and sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of cases, etc from them. Never had any issues and was a VIP member. I needed something added to an order and got an eml they couldnt do so but could cancel my order and I could re-order with that additional item to avoid having to spend another $50 for free shipping. I then get another eml from someone saying oh well sorry but it already shipped out when I was ALREADY told they would cancel it. No offer for a free shipping coupon or any type of resolution was offered other than I can return my items which isnt what I was looking to do. Will no longer be ordering anything from this company.

    The only way to contact them is via email, why is there not a customer service line to get a resolution by actually speaking to someone? Especially when you are ordering over $100 worth of merchandise.

Your inquiry being that 2 separate orders marked delivered to your address were not received. This is very rare for 2 separate orders to be marked delivered to an address but not received. As a one time courtesy, our team did ****** those orders for you.

    Does the battery charger work ? Yes.Are the cases cute and protect my phone?Yes.??The only issues I had with the company is that the charm and battery pack lose color, paints rub off. The bears and stars chain started losing their color after one week. And the plastic lining outside the battery started wearing off a month in. I use the products everyday. I also wrote reviews of each of the products with photos and they havent been uploaded- which says a lot about the companys transparency. Ill be back to write how long the battery actually lasts and Ill be logging when the charms completely loose color. All the Best,Tiff??

    This is the biggest scam of a company. Never received my phone case and I just want the order canceled and my money returned and they are refusing to do so. I am suing them I have already contacted my lawyer and I suggest everyone do the same because they are stealing from everyone and we need them to get shut down

    Took $45 out of my account for my order of a screen saver and case for my disabled daughter and sent nothing, and gave no tracking number either. No response to email, calls or online review on the site. Terrible company. Thieves. So disappointing because my daughter had to go to Amazon instead and pay again for these items and choose a case she didnt like as much. Ridiculous.

    Do not purchase from this site, Velvet Caviar. I cant even get a refund from them after my two packages were delivered to the wrong address on February 20, ****. They are a scam; they got my money but I still dont have my items.

If the package is still lost after 7 days of being marked "delivered", contact Velvet Caviar. Velvet Caviar may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.

    Worse service ever. I purchased several items Ive yet to receive them. Its not my fault they dont have a count of inventory or how to handle a resolution. *** tried contacting them Ive yet to get a resolution. Ive even emailed if they cant ship then to cancel my order and give me my money back. Id never recommend them to anyone. Im literally giving it a 1 star since I have to pick a star but they dont even deserve that.

    I placed an order on 12/17/23 for 3 cases and the estimated delivery date was Dec *****. I have been checking my order status daily and today it states that the items have not been shipped yet. Im aware of the holiday sales but I have emailed them with no response at all. I used to love their cases but I dont think I will ever purchase from them again. I just want a refund at this point.

    Purchased items for gifts given the stated processing and shipping timelines. Considered worst-case scenario in using the longest times listed from the company and that time has almost doubled. I placed my order in November and it is currently December 15th and I still do not have my items. The tracking says it is not even in my state yet.
