I had ordered a mystery box for $12 postage and handling. I was charged $249.50 for what was supposed to be free...AND $19 for what was supposed to be free. I have made several attempts to call and email the company, but have gotten no answer.Business Response

We received multiple orders today from this customer as shown in the screenshot. Customer had selected the option for One item at $12.99 as she indicates she intended to order. There were Two other items selected as well. We do see that the customer was ordering from her ******* phone and we feel perhaps due to the touchscreen device she had selected other items by mistake. We did receive One phone call from the customer within the past hour. We have canceled ad refunded the order for the customer.

I just read all the terms and researched the company before ordering. I ordered one product and declined all the add on choices. I made sure I ONLY CLICKED THE ONE I WANTED, FOR ***** AND **** RUSH SHIPPING. THEY CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR $249.00 extra. Now I'm in dire circumstances, as my husband and I are supposed to travel for cancer surgery next week.Business Response

Hey All.
*************************** contacted us intially by leaving us a voicemail this morning at 10:55 am. We responded to that voicemail and issued a full refund for all charges to her 12 minutes later at 11:07 am this morning.
Attached you will find screenshots showing her intial voicemail which was timestamped and refund being submitted 7 minutes later which is also timestamped.
We sent an email confirming the refund since we couldn't reach her by phone. ****************** replied back to our email thanking us and apologizing for her attitude referring to her voicemail message.
All is resolved here and was done so promptly as soon as support was contacted with only a 12 minute delay due to being wrapped up on a call with a different customer.
I am sorry this customer had issues with the order she submitted online & added more than she meant to but we got her taken care of already.

Like one of the other complaints I saw, I must have purchased something small for just shipping, but noticed I have been charged $19.95 per month for NOTHING! We disputed w/ my bank and changed my card number, but there are still charges since July 2022 - April 2023 that my bank was unable to dispute for a refund. The response to the other person was that this was for a custom T-shirt sent every month - again, I received NOTHING! So, this is a total SCAM! If anyone actually receives this, I would like someone to respond with the process for me to receive a refund for the other charges (above dates) where I was not able to dispute w/ my bank directly and did not receive anything for those charges!Business Response

These charges were reversed before the payments even settled and as soon as humanly possible by our 24/7 support team the moment we were made aware of the issue. These orders never even shipped. Like another user, I too purchased a promo t-shirt for the $2.49 shipping price on March 20, 2023. I did NOT at any time subscribe to any service or other product from this company. I was later unexpectedly charged $29.95 on April 4, 2023 after two failed attempts at guessing the date on my CC, which I disputed with ***** but the charge is still on my CC. I changed my CC number, but another charge went through for $29.95 on May 2, 2023. No idea how they got my new CC number, but I want my money back and the charges stopped immediately. Nothing stated that I was subscribing to a t-shirt club. Ive had to change my CC twice due to these fraudulent charges, which entailed much hassle on my part as well as the fact what they have done as being highly illegal. Money was refunded, but issue is not resolved to my satisfaction.

I am sorry for the confusion. I tried to call today 4-11-23 @ 5:50pm ( left voicemail for customer). We shipped several packages to customer since January for Merchandise that was ordered. All packages were marked as delivered by the delivery service. Unfortunately there arent enough slots for attachments for them all. aside from the 3 attachments there were 4 other packages shipped and marked delivered.

2/24/2023 They charged my credit card for the amount of $29.95. I ordered a promo t-shirt on 1/10/2023. The advertisement said you only had to pay shipping, which I did. Then on 2/23/2023 I received a notice on my credit card online account stating they have charged me $29.95. I have not ordered ANYTHING from them to be charged that $29.95. I have no idea why they charged me that money and I want that money back. I will be filing a fraud account with my credit card, which they will force me to close down my account because they now have my credit card number. This is a scam sight. They are giving away products and saying you only have to pay shipping and then they are later charging you for something you never ordered. This is stealing because they did not have permission to charge me for anything. I did not order any products or services in at all beyond the free t-shirt they offered where I paid for the shipping only. What is very wrong is they do it pretending to be conservatives and their target group is conservative people, when in fact they are stealing from us. There is nothing conservative about stealing from people! This site needs to be shut down!Business Response

This company emails me 10 emails a day, even though I have unsubscribed numerous times. They are a scam. I only typed (stupidly) my information and DID NOT PROCEED with the purchase, because it felt like a scam and it was. Even though, I did not hit enter or put in my credit card information, they still captured my email and name and are continuing to send me emails that I did not register for. Buyer beware, do not fill out information even if you don't hit enter, they can still capture the stuff you put in.Business Response

The order we received was for 50 Bars for $199.50 on January 20th. The package was delivered on January 26th. She told us it was a mistake and we refunded the transaction on February 8th. An *** *********************** was issued on February 10th. An *** is a unique number assigned to a card transaction as it moves through the payment flow. I am sorry for the confusion here. All orders for ************************ have already been cancelled and refunded due to bank fraud report. We never received any communication from ************************ directly by phone or by email. Our correct phone number is ************ and our correct email is *********************************** This can be found on every package, every receipt, and every confirmation email - we are really not hard to get in touch with at all. I am not sure what information ************************ was using but he never made any contact with us prior to the bank fraud reprot filed against us. He has been refunded for multiple orders and packages that were received we would appreciate being returned.
