    I saw the advertisement for the free backpack where you just pay shipping of **** and I did that and I wanted to cancel the membership because I'm in a situation where I can't afford them to take any money out of my account right now and I have no way to contact them. The number that I have for them does not work nobody answered.

    I began to fill out a form to recieve a military backpack for ' FREE' & decided against it without ever completing the form or ' sending' it to this company & have been deluged w/ spam calls, **********mails 3- 5 PER DAY ever since. I've never opened any if their texts or e-mails ; sending them to the spam reporters of ***************** respectively. They have not abated @ all since this started a few months ago. I can no longer answer ANY CALLS due to their use of a different number every single time. I'm tired of being harassed by this predatory company.Please help.

    This customer had placed Multiple orders. When placing the order the box had been checked to receive SMS marketing. Customer also received emails for receipts, order confirmation and shipping confirmation with tracking for each of the 4 orders placed. We send order confirmation, receipts and tracking information to the customer through email. I have removed customer from all communication.

    I can't call the business to discontinue or cancel my subscription I would like to cancel my subscription I'm called multiple times nobody answered the phone and they advertise you can contact them but you can't that's false advertising please somebody help me

    We received One Text message from this customer on November 20. There was never a request to cancel a membership. Please see attachment. Customers membership was canceled when we received this apparently threatening text message.

    This company, which Ive never ordered from, has been trying to take money from 2 of my debit cards, on a daily basis first trying to take out $49.94 more than 4 times in one day and from the other card, small amount of **** over ************************************** one business so how they got my card numbers, I dont know

    Customer did place multiple orders on November 3 for ***** Merchandise. Customer has not contacted ********************** with any issues with her orders. These orders were canceled and refunded today as the customers complaint stated she had not ordered any merchandise from this company. Attachments show multiple orders & the Customer information for the orders we received on November 3rd.

    Customer ordered the **shirt Membership on October 17th. Customer received the Merchandise for the 1st shipment of this **shirt Membership. Customer contacted us on November 1st stating she did not place this order. The **shirt Membership was canceled at this time and all charges were refunded in full.

    This company does Monthly charges of $29.95 after purchasing a t shirt for $2.49. I have no emails from them confirming t shirt purchase or membership confirmation. Total scam.

    Customer placed an order on September 12th for a T-shirt Membership. The advertisement for the offer is attached. Customer Received 2 T-shirts for this offer prior to contacting Customer Support to cancel the Membership. Customer contacted us to cancel this membership on October 28th & both Monthly Membership charges were refunded in Full on October 28th. We feel that the customer did not read the offer prior to submitting his order.

    There was an unauthorized charge attempt made to my debit card in the amount of $29.95. I have never heard of this company. And if it's anything about fishing, I don't fish. I believe this is a scam.

    This order was placed on September 14th for a ***** Wanted ****************shirt Club for ***********************. The First shirt was shipped and delivered to the customer at the address provided when the order was placed. Please see the attachments. Customer had not contacted Customer Support at all about this order. We provided contact information for this order to customers email with the receipt for the order. We have canceled the Membership due to customers complaint.

    I did get a refund. And I appreciate the quick response. However, I was mislead into thinking the shirt was paid for. I was unaware of any future payments.  And the company name was unfamiliar.  I have been recently scammed and I am on high alert. I love my tshirt. Thank you for your assistance.

    On September 18, 2023, I received a charge of 39 ********************************** ****. I have never heard of this company. I would like a refund.

    Customer had placed an order on September 4th for a t14 day free trial of the Survivalist Outdoor Gear Membership. The First package for this was a Tactical Shoulder Bag for the processing fee of only $2.49. The Tactical Shoulder Bag was shipped and delivered to the customer on September 9th. Inside the package was a card with the contact information for Customer Support. Customer had not contacted Customer Support to cancel the Membership. On September 18th the monthly charge was applied for the 2nd Survivalist Package. Customer contacted Customer Support on September 19th to cancel the membership. The membership was canceled and the Monthly charge of $39.95 was fully refunded at that time.

    Over the past few months I have received hundreds of dollars of knives I didn not ask for. Until the knives started arriving I haven't heard of this company. As of yet they haven't charged me for this service I did not ask for. But if they try to take money from me I'm going to find a lawyer. Clearly a scam company. Based on the other complaints here you already know that. Shut them down

    We have received Multiple orders from this customer. There were several times the same item was ordered that had previously been ordered. This is the reason multiple of the same item was received. Customer had contacted us about the orders and requested refunds processed On August 28th. He wanted to keep Two items and return the rest of the merchandise. We processed refunds for all of the items requested on August 28th. The other Two items he had said he wanted to keep were refunded today.

    We offered assistance with a return of merchandise. Customer refused to return any merchandise to MyTacticalPromos.

     

    Customer received all of the merchandise that was ordered between July 13, 2023 and August 15, 2023.

    Yesterday, again I received a 9" knife and a small foldable vice grip from My Tactical Promos by mail. No "***** box" have been received yet I was charged $90. One in the amount of $49.95 and $39.95. Why they continue to send me knives is more I know. Attach is a photo of the mail.Please help? Thank you!

    I am sorry for the confusion. The order we had received from this customer on July 12th was for Mystery Survivalist Explorer ******************* Gear. This is the reason she received various knives. I have canceled the Outdoor Gear Membership and refunded the charges for July 12th pertaining to these orders.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    The problem has been resolved.  The money owed to me have been reimbursed along with a poor excuse that I ordered an Outdoor Gears Kit Membership which is not true.  

    Well, they can say anything but my true concern was to have my money reimbursed.
