    Tactical Pros are definitely a scam! I had to contact my bank to let them know I suspected fraud after I saw all these reviews. I ordered a "free" t-shirt, was charged $4.95 shipping and today I received all these gold coins with multiple charges on my current bank account! In order to resolve my problem, they wanted me to pay a $1.00 to fill out a form and "JOIN" so i could get help. SCAM! I did not do that. They don't answer the phone or give help online without you "JOIN"ing. Don't do it! Call your bank and report the fraud. I got the t-shirt, so I will give them 1 star.

    Customer had placed an order for a T-shirt Membership offer. Customer contacted us on August 15th to cancel the Membership. The Membership was canceled adn refunded on August 15th.

    Customer had placed an order selecting the quantity of One item. There were options for One, Two, Five and Ten items for this offer. Customer wanted to receive more items however had only selected the option for One item when the order was submitted. Customers order was refunded in full due to the misunderstanding on what was ordered.

    My Tactical Promos sent me an email that they were charging my credit card, but I never ordered anything from them. The support email would not let me send them an email unless I gave them access to all of my contacts. Didn't get any further trying to call their support phone#.

    Customer placed an order for Two Items on August 4th. One of the items was an "OPTIONAL" t-shirt Membership. Customer had selected this, it was not automatically added.We were contacted on August 7th to cancel the order. Order was canceled and refunded as requested on August 7th.

    The Items i have recently got my mail seem to be ok quality hopefully. I have not used any of the items ordered yet they are presently in my storage unit now. Now the tactical pro shipping charges seem to be somewhat high though.
