    I ordered two ***** mystery bags $12.99 each and two other items for 24,99 each in total They got me for over $70.00. By chance, their phone number appeared on my bank statement so I called. The man said he could have my order at my house the next day for an additional charge of $1.95. When I ordered these things, I never received a confirmation of my order or any correspondence from this company. Their representative just tried to get more money from me when I called. By the way, they wasted no time in charging my account for my order. We are retired and don't have a lot of extra to spend. I feel so violated because I trusted these people.

We never had any contact from you at all at customer support and this have your order at your house the very next day thing for $1.95 is not something we do at all. I am not sure who if anyone you spoke to but it was not us. Your order was for 2 ***** Mystery Items for $12.99 each and you also opted for 2 ***** Monthly memberships for $24.95 per month while ordering as well. We automatically cancelled and refunded you the extra ***** Membership ($24.95) since that is 1 per customer. Aside from this review we have not heard from you at all about your order. We have 24/7 customer support at ********************************** and in our call center 10am-10pm every day at ************.

    I payed the shipping fee for the backpack but got no receipt, and just yesterday I was charged $39.95 for a subscription of which I have no recollection paying for, I would like to end this subscription

    I ordered the microscopic backpack and paid the shipping, sent in an email cancelling whatever subscription I was automatically enrolled in that I didn't agree to, and now a month later, they've stolen $40 from my account! I want all off my money back and they can keep this trash bag!

    BEWARE!Apparently there is fine print and you will be signing up for a membership when you order something. Then you try and cancel....good luck.I had my credit card stop charges and they continued to send stuff and then disputed it with my credit card company. Now I have to waste hours finding emails, talking to the credit card company, and looking for orders, all for a flag and a couple t-shirts. Just go to the road side vendors - same stuff without the scam and the headache.

    They are nothing less than Criminals! I was, what I thought was getting 5 gold bars and I was just paying $9.99 for shipping. It kept asking me to get more or get other things or buy something else. I then closed down the website because at that point I had not agreed to pay anything at all and I look at my Credit card portal and there was a pending charge for $49.95. TALK ABOUT A SCAM!!!

Customer did not understand the shipping and handling charges applied to each item ordered.     I am sorry for shipping trouble. This order was shipped to the address provided when the order was placed. The package was marked by **** as delivered on December 8th. We were contacted on Dec 12 by text.and phone. Customer was verbally abusive in both instances. The order was refunded in full on December 12th at 7:02pm EST.

    Placed an order for free sling carry bag for paying just shipping and handling and paid extra for expedited shipping. Their expedited delivery date has come and gone with no received package. No confirmation email was ever received with the order number or anything. Don't waste you money on this company.
