    I have not received one confirmation email for the shipment of the backpack that I paid shipping for. I have found no clear way to contact the merchant.

    I am sorry for the confusion. This order was placed on 12-2-23 for the Shoulder Bag and Two Patriot Mystery Gifts. The total charge for this order which included Two Patriot Mystery Gifts was $14.39. There was never a charge of $60. We received multiple rude and threatening emails within the first week of the order being placed.     It was advertised pay just shipping but after I put my payment info in I read the *** and knew it was a scam. So I backed out of the app and they still charged my card without authorization. Plus you can't get ahold of anybody to get a refund or cancel their bogus subscription. I will be placing a complaint with attorneys General and the BBB. How can these people be allowed to operate solely just to steal people's money. I may be taking me a ride to ********** and finding the owner myself if I don't get my money back. ITS A SCAM PEOPLE DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

    I am sorry for the confusion. The order was placed for 5 Survival items @ $9.99 each with Rush and Insure delivery. This package is in transit through **** to the address provided when the order was placed. We have had no communication with this customer with a request to cancel an order. This order has no subscription. This is a One time merchandise order scheduled for delivery to on Saturday.********************************************************************************** Please refuse the delivery of the package unopened and return the merchandise to the warehouse. This order has been refunded in full.

    not sure what everyones fuss is about i bought a few things and i also just bought a anti theft bag which i just had to pay shipping and opted to pay an extra $5 for prioritze shipping its worth it since i live in ******....i still regret missing out on the $200(i think it was the price) drone they were selling for $99. my 3yo gets a kick out of the gold plated coins i get monthly

    I clicked on their black Friday cyber week sales link on ******** I was ONLY supposed to pay $9.99 for shipping & handling from like 6 survival items worth of $150 or more. Then, I see they took out ,$49.95 and it put my account in the negative. I would love my refund since you guys weren't clear. And I read the fine print, too, Along with taking screenshots. When I logged into my account, it didn't show .any orders were processing

    Deceptive. I ordered some kind of tactical kit I kept seeing on TV. Just pay shipping and get all of this cool stuff. I did not sign up for a subscription nor 20 gifts at $9.99 each! I signed up for 2 kits at $9.99 each. I even asked about a subscription or additional charges and I was told there would not be any via email. ****, there was a $90 charge for these items. Don't buy from here.

    They said just pay shipping of $4.99 and pills are free, witch they ended up charging another 5 by the time of check out for prossesing or whatever. But it was a good thing that I happend to not have any money on my card because the sneaky fraudulent scammers tried to take, steal $99.00 off my card a month later I didn't even know until my phone went off saying they just tried to take the money off but couldn't. . I emailed, and everything telling them I want to cancel. They are scammers! ?? That's how they get you! Order something for free, just pay shipping, and then they have your bank card number to keep stealing money off it.

Customer was not charged for this order. ******** had attempted to place an order that had been declined by his bank. ******** was upset that his order was declined by the bank due to insufficient funds.on 11-15-23.
