    I purchased an online bag that called for shipping and requested my ATM Card. The next thing I know, the company has charged against my card $47.99 without my consent or approval. I want my $47.99 re-deposited and no further banking charges against my account. As a former federal agent, I find this practice unethical and deserves further investigation to determine whether this activity is being conducted routinely. I await a response to this review before I request the activation of a criminal investigation with assistance from multiple agencies.

    I am sorry for the confusion. This customer has never contacted ********************** to cancel a membership. We have canceled the membership with no charges. Customer had contacted a 3rd party company that charges a fee for services. MyTacticalPromos does not charge a fee at all for canceling memberships. Memberships are optional and can be canceled at any time.

    I also was charged extra $37 on my account and the product I ordered (monocular) was not worth the money, also trash. Couldnt see any further than without using it.

    For the scam this place is trash they steal money from you they offer you free gift if you pay for a processing fee and then they hit your account with 25 or $50 depends on what they feel like stealing from you they're garbage they need to be in jail

You contacted our support team this afternoon with numerous hateful messages and just a remarkable amount of fowl language about this and our customer service team responded to you 8 minutes later with a full refund for your order. If you ever have a problem we're glad to help you fix it but would appreciate some semblance of professionalism from someone asking us for help. You placed the order and made the error yourself and we resolved it for you promptly.
