    A family member made some subscription choices at ********************************* that she later regretted and wanted to cancel. I contacted the support team by email and they were very helpful and agreed to help us with this issue and we were very happy with their service. While it is unclear how and why these subscriptions were ordered in the first place, ********************************* were very accommodation, understanding and willing to help resolve the issue. I have read some negative reviews about the site and while I can't speak to the products they sell; I can give my very positive review of their customer service department. Thank you.

    Dear My Tactical Promos, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with your subscription service. I initially signed up for what was advertised as a one-time mystery gift, only to discover six months later that I had been enrolled in a subscription service without my consent. To make matters worse, I only received one mystery gift and nothing else. Your misleading practices and lack of customer support, as evidenced by the unresponsive voicemail system, are deeply concerning. There were 4 packages of merchandise shipped to the address provided at the time the order was placed.     I ordered from tactical promos a gold bar free with shipping charges a few months ago and did Not sign up for Any membership. Looking on my bank statements I found numerous $24.95 a month. And every month and once twice in one month charges on my card. This has broke me! I want my money back now. My charges are as follows: August 28 $24.94 August 29 $23.94 August 29 $10.00 October 7 $24.95 October 29 $24.95 Total: $108.79!!!!!!! I am 72 and on Social Security. I would never sign up for a membership in this! I Need the money back in my account Now!

    Customer had placed orders for Merchandise on August 28th. One of the items selected had been a Membership package. We were contacted on October 30 to cancel the Membership customer had mistakenly selected. Although customer had received the Merchandise for these packages already, the charges for the membership were promptly refunded as this had been selected by mistake.

    This membership had been canceled and refunded on 10-30-24. It takes most banks 3 to 5 days for processing refunds.

    Thanks for responding to my request why my card was charged without my knowledge or ********** seems a bit deceptive to charge ***** on some discount program without that person's consent.Also a receipt for any charge should be emailed immediately.!Only about half the internet companies bother to do this.I wont drop u as a vendor but -I will be reading the fine print -as i've had others adding hidden or monthly charges such as this.However your quick reply lets me know this company means well.!BB ????????????????????????

    We do realize that sometimes things can be mistakenly selected when ordering. We were contacted to cancel the offer that was $19.95 on October 30th. We promptly canceled this and submitted appropriate refunds. It does take most banks 3 to 5 days for processing refunds.

    I ordered a free t-shirt with paying $4.95 for shipping only! Scammed for $37.00 going on 4 months not knowing that my credit card was being charged! Now seeing for cancellation they want to charge another $19.95. This is a SCAM and should be prosecuted!

    I am sorry for the confusion. This order was for a T-shirt Club to receive a Custom Printed T-shirt and other Patriotis items each month. The membership has previously been canceled and appropriate refunds were submitted at the time of cancelation. There has never been a charge to cancel a membership here.
