    The order for this customer was refunded in Full on October 1st. Customer continues to send harrassing and vulgar emails to Customer Support.

    I ordered something and the money came out of my bank account, it showed that it was shipped 8-18-2024 and I have yet to receive my product. I have emailed them twice and no response at all, MyTacticalPromos is a joke!!!

    I am sorry for the confusion. We had received no emails from this customer however there was a chat conversation with the customer on September 3rd. We had not been able to locate the order with the order number provided by the customer. Customer would We would need to verify the address for a reshipment. Customer would need to contact Customer Support @ ********************************** to verify the shipping address for this order for a reshipment.

    I was emailed by My tactical Promos informing me that I CLD pick a gift, just pay shipping. So I authorize $4.95 shipping payment. The website then offered me all these other gadgets, before it wld let me pay for the shipping. Any way it also gave me a chance to opt in for a $100 rewards card for free. It said it *** be sent to me via email within 15 min. But it never showed up. So I tried contacting them and I can't even access the website because they supposedly have no record of my email address. Which is the same email I gave them when I paid for shipping on the Telescope. There was however a charge from them on bank record. Also The add said originally that shipping wld be $2.88 but when I went to the next screen, it wanted $4.95. I really just want to know what is going on. I did not elect to subscribe to any membership either like these other folks Ive noticed here with similar issues. So can I please get a tracking number for the telescope, and cancelling any membership or subscription ***.

    I am sorry for the confusion. Only the Telescope offer was selected for $4.99. The MyTacticalPerks offer was not selected. This is the reason you did not receive the email for that offer. The telescope has been shipped and will be delivered on
    Thursday through USPS. I sent the tracking link to your email. The Membership has been canceled.

    I found several things that I wanted to buy and then they kept coming at me with other offers. At first I was like OMG, just let me get those 2 things, but then I said to myself. Wow I really want that and that too. I'm glad they kept the offers coming or I wouldn't have ever seen those other really cool items... LOL
