    When I buy things from them, it always seems like Im getting charged way more than what Im expecting. I am just buying stuff for the shipping and handling price. Next thing I know I got over $100 spent with these people. Im tired of it. Im trying to get a hold of them to get my money back now, I wouldnt deal with them and Im not going to no more after this

    Customer had placed orders on 9-11 for 10 Knives, We were contacted on 9-12 to cancel the orders. Orders were canceled and refunded as requested. Customer placed more orders on 9-14 for 10 Knives and contacted us within two hours of placing the orders to cancel those as well. The orders were promptly canceled. Customer has selected quantity options to receive 10 items each time the orders were placed. 10 items at $8.99 each is exactly what has been charged. All orders are canceled and refunded.Please allow 3 to 5 days for the bank to process the refunds.

    There was a bit of confusion in my order. Only half was shipped out. When I sent them a email the response was quick. The mistake was quickly corrected. All of the contact with support was very polite and clear.

    I am sorry for any deliery delays. T-shirts are custom orders and it does take some time for them to be printed, allow for the ink to dry and have them shipped. We expect about a 3 to 4 week turnaround time for custom printed items.
