    I am sorry for any deliery delays. T-shirts are custom orders and it does take some time for them to be printed, allow for the ink to dry and have them shipped. We expect about a 3 to 4 week turnaround time for custom printed items.

    Customer placed an order on September 1st. Customer has not contacted customer support about being dissatisfied with his purchase. We do offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee., This order has been refunded. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the bank to process refund.

    Yes just pay free shipping and handling and then get charged almost $50 for a subscription that you uncheck the box for. They will refund the money but in the meantime you are out The use of your money. Scammers and thieves. Just pay for shipping and handling? That in a $47 per month subscription. Jerks. Unethical business practices. Yes! Fool your customers! They love it! A great business model! And yes that's sarcasm.

    Customer has been receiving Outdoor Gear Membership packages in the mail monthly. **************** has not been contacted to cancel the Membership. I have canceled the Membership today. There will be no further merchandise shipped or charges for this order.

    found on ad ********, free bag, just pay shipping. received emails saying it was free. So i paid the $5 for shipping. two weeks later the day it was delivered i received a $45 charge on my credit card. No one answers are the phone. No one answers the chat on the website
