    Shipping time from creation to receipt was impressively long. Let me get specific, ordered Sept 1, received Sept 24. Now, I haven't had any issue really with size or such from them before, and I didn't really expect it this time. I've ordered a bunch from them. However, we ordered an $89 jacket that wound up being a kids size in practice. We contacted them and they said the size chart is there, no refund. I've never seen a business not have at least one or two courtesy exchanges at least. Who does this anymore? So beware of ordering from them. I will not order from them anymore.

    I just had the most wonderful experience with Positive Promotions! I was reluctant to place my order due to the negative reviews. However, the product they offered was on clearance and I couldn't match the price anywhere else so I took a chance. I requested a free sample and it arrived with a couple of days. It was high quality and exactly as described on the website. I worked with **** and she was very knowledgeable and the communication was outstanding through phone and email. **** sent me a quote immediately and had the artwork back to me within a day. I placed my order and it arrived within a couple of weeks. The finished product is perfect. Everything about this experience has been outstanding! I will certainly be using this company in the future and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

    Horrible Company to deal with! We placed a Mothers Day order and when it did not show up, I called the company and was given the run around and then finally I was assured all issues were resolved and that the order would be overnighted and we would receive it on Friday. The package never showed up so I called back and after another bout of excuses and run around, I was assured a new package was being shipped out and I would have it Saturday!!!! PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVEDI had to rush out Saturday to purchase gift for 200 women for Sunday.It is now Monday and still no package. I just called and was told it will arrive by 5 oclock and to refuse package. She also stated that the order they tried to resend that we should have had Saturday never even left the warehouse till today Monday and that it would arrive tomorrow on Tuesday and to refuse the package AND THEN they could refund our $1353.00 that we paid including the $300 plus we paid for expedited shipping!!My husband thinks that this was done intentionally which seems likely or they have completely incompetent employees!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had checked the BBB RATINGS BEFORE I ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to send back the products I ordered because it was not clearly advertised and have been getting the runaround and then no response at all. This business needs to be shut downI do not have 475 dollars to throw away. I cant believe that there is nothing that we as consumers can do.

    If I could give it a zero star rating I would. I had issues from the beginning which should have been a warning to me. I had to verify my billing and shipping information (this process took 3 days going back and forth via email, rather than a simple phone call with *********** Next, I randomly logged in to see the status of my order (call customer service to get the status spoke with ***), called on hold and then advised that items are on back order, but not to worry everything would be in stock and delivered on time for my event and it would be updated on their site. No update, called back again spoke to ******* told them if I can't get my order to cancel it and allow me to figure out something else. Reassured again by ******* that no issues. Called spoke to *** on the supposed day of delivery as no tracking information was provided to be advised that they would put expedited rush to get delivered by event. I finally got the tracking information (next day) and the tracking that was provided said delivery time after my event happened. Called spoke to another person (no name) to be advised that they made a mistake and nothing they could do, but I could return the shipment once it arrives, and they would be happy to provide a refund. However, my event is not their problem. Needless to say I will never order, would not recommend and will tell my entire hotel chain and management company not to ever use this company. Worst experience ever trying to do something positive for housekeeping appreciate week and the staff.

    TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! ***************** You have many other options to buy the products that are provided by Positive Promotions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!!! Buy from somewhere else. I cant get anyone, even a manager, to return a phone call or email.

    I placed an order for 4 items of which one of them was discontinued. One of the items I received had a bad print job but they did send me new merchandise to replace it. I was also quoted a shipping price of $26.95. When they sent me a credit for the discontinued item, it was only a partial credit as they added an additional $22.95 to my shipping cost. I had real issues with dealing with the customer service people as no one seemed to understand. I will never deal with this company again.

    And we placed an order with a lady with an accent and trouble understanding **, and within minutes two attempts to charge our card were made. First was PayPal for zero dollars and then $107.41 for ******************* pizza all within minutes of placing your order right after we have never had a problem before I really doubt it was a coincidence.

    I am the ********************* Officer with our local VOLUNTEER ********** I placed an order for 1000's of items, an amount totaling over $1100. They charged my credit card and refuse to complete the order. We are a volunteer department and do not have *************** email addresses or phone numbers and because they can't get an email from the ** to verify the order they will not complete it. They are refusing to refund my money as well. I do not know why it matters to them one way or the other, they took my money - complete my order.

    I placed a 20K order with this company for some jackets not only was the imprint beautiful but each jacket came bagged and labled with a size sticker they even split the jackets by department for us to esily distribute them! Great Service !!!
