    Placed an order today fir the **************** Immediately after giving credit card information my account was hacked. Wish I would have seen these reviews.

    Wish I could give zero (0) stars. Do not do business with this company. They take the money first, fail to meet deadlines, then fail to give refunds. There is no contact number that is ever answered and the chat help is NO help. This was for a school trip and was placed 3 weeks ahead and was promised before the date of the event. Wish I would have checked here first. Search out ANY OTHER company. It is definitely not worth dealing with this place.

    WOW, I'm not sure if it's COVID aftershock, but I had the worst experience with this last order for Father's *** gifts. Initially, I was told that our order would be shipped by June 6, 2023. It takes 2 days to arrive, so that was fine. However, I received an email stating that our order shipped on June 13, 2023, a week later than stated. Still not major, because they said it would arrive on June 14th. Well, one part of our shipment arrived as scheduled, but the other wouldn't be arriving until Friday, June 16th. I called and asked *** (the attendant) to either re-route or hold the shipment at the ***** hub, which is (1) mile - 3 minutes away from our offices as our offices are closed on Fridays. She told me it would take 2-3 business days to make the change and it would cost ** $50. We spent $460 on the order. I did request our shipping fee be returned. Also, we had to open our office so we wouldn't miss this late shipment as Father's *** was in 2 days (NOT HAPPY AT ALL). The manager gave ** 10% of one of the item cost which was LESS than the shipping cost. In addition, our credit card was hacked after we purchased Mother's *** gifts and Father's *** gifts. We cannot say that this company was the culprit, but it happened after each of these purchases. We will definitely find another company for future purchases. Prior to COVID, we didn't have a problem with this company. Sad to see all of the (1) star reviews now.

    If I could in the negative.i would. Ordered.items.foe father's day 6 wewks in advanced and showed stock then came up today that would not even be available until June.18rh for shipping. I called spoke to cuatomer service and he agreed time frame. I asked if they had something comparable he said no I then told him to cancel order and issue refund and he said not immediate refund would take at least 7 business days. I then said we not use again a d his comment was okay that's fine. CROOKS

    Do not risk your business .. We recently wanted to celebrate nurses week in our Institution I was enchanted with beautiful products and with the idea (false idea ) that they will allow you to try the products with free samples - This is a scam - they will never going to send you anything free.I was waiting for the samples called 4 times asking for the sample and they never send them; at the end when we were 3 weeks prior the event and i took the risk and order some bags ..BAD decision I've ever made ..The quality is less than dollar ************** products , they told me that i can returned the materials /another lie ..you have to pay to to send them to them and after they received the product they will "refund the money " i will keep you informed if they did refund the money ***********************

    Very incompetent and unprofessional. When they say your product will be on time do not believe them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    There is always a problem with them having the product they have listed in the catalog and the customer service is horrible. Twice this company has lost or failed to apply prepaid checks to their accounting system stating that we owed them monies that we had already paid.i will never consider using this company again.

    I wish I had read theses reviews before I wasted my time. Horrible experience and I will be watching my credit card to ensure my card is not breached after such sketchy services. Do not waste your time as a business owner with your time or resources.

    I had placed an order on December 21, 2022 and I saw that I got a refund in my account 1/11/23. I emailed the company asking why am I getting a refund and not the products. They sent me a receipt of the refund and no further explanation to as why i am getting my money back.

    We had a large, $75k project for an holiday event. To select our vendor, we asked for samples from several companies. Positive Promotions confirmed our sample request and that was it - no samples, no responses, no follow up. Not sure how many companies can ignore a $75K order, but I guess they didn't need our business. Found success with another company whose name beings with the number 4 and they were great.
