  I canceled my subscription but they still kept charging me. I have to file with the bank on 2 separate occasions of when they charged my account without my consent. Beware of the company. Very unethical.

  They have charged me double and a few times triple in one month for the past 6 months. Refuse to give me my money back and I asked how many subscription I have and they said one. The credit card company said that someone there is using my card. I have noticed odd charges on my card which I have reported. Dont buy from them.

  Proactiv made it virtually impossible for me to cancel a subscription after repeated failed attempts to modify the subscription that my daughter signed up for. The online links do not work and then when you message them they keep you holding so for long (over 30 minutes in a online chat) that they likely hope you give up. Even after cancelling the subscription, they would not allow me to remove my credit card and said that I still owed $24.95 even though it was set up as an automatic payment. The subscriptions are a SCAM as they are very difficult or impossible to get out of despite the verbiage and assurances that you can make changes at any time.

  Hello, I placed the order on December 3d, my **************** card was not excepted many times, I understand now why because of their good protection policy. Instead the option was to pay with paypal, I used it but the shipping and billing address got changed and order was placed with a wrong shipping address. After I realized it I sent a message approximately 3- 5 min later to update my shipping address or to cancel the order because on their website it is impossible to cancel the order, there is no such option. There was a button to send a next shipment, and I thought 3 payments for 90 days product, so I should have another 30 days of product because It was suppose to be a Christmas gift, if 2 out of 3 will arive it would be good to gift it to the person I intended, and I clicked, instead I was charged the second order. I called them on December 4th to cancel the second order and change the shipping address for the first one and they told me I cannot cancel anything, but shipping address should be updated for the first order. I contacted them by emailing and they said that the shipping address cannot be updated and orders cannot be canceled, even nothing was shipped yet. On December 5th I received an emails that orders were shipped. The first package went to ********, I called the post office, they couldn't find it in PO box, it might got returned or I don't know where it is at the moment. From beginning this company seems like tricking me into buying and cannot cancel the order at all (NO WAY TO CANCEL AT ALL)! Why to send it somewhere if I bagged them to send to other address or cancel the order. Why the order cannot be canceled at anytime?! I am deeply upset with this order, I wish I have never order it from them, it reminds me a business in 3d word country, where no customer protection policies at all. I wish I have read BBB reviews for PROACTIV before placing any orders.

  l was charged for 2 months, 11/16/2023 and 10/19/2023, no product delivered. l have been on the phone for *************************************** a refund. Simple!!

  Theyre truly a scam. I just signed up with them today and my order came up to $35 dollars. Once I placed my order theres a remaining balance of $70. I called them to cancel my subscription and order, and they told me its too late to cancel my order when it hasnt even been shipped yet. They are a total scam looking to steal money from people. I was better off going to Target or ******* to purchase their products. But target stopped selling the acne body wash that has helped clear my skin. I will never purchase anything from their website ever again.

  Proactiv is an absolute scam. Their products only make acne worse. They sign you up as a subscription and make it nearly impossible to cancel. Even if you don't use their products after you unsubscribe, they will send things and charge you. You won't know you owe any money until you're sent to collections. They are terrible. You pay for product that you don't use and they don't refund you either. Terrible business. Stay away!

  So I cancelled my subscription July 24. Now August 3 what do you know ** being charged for my subscription. I speak with ****** who says that I still have a subscription. Then I proceed to tell him I have proof that I canceled my subscription. I took pictures of everything I don't know why but Im glad I did. He tells me now the my subscription is cancelled and that they can't reimburse me because the shipment has already been ordered. I told him I don't care if you can't cancel the order. I want my money back. They are telling me that I can return it. Ok so you want me to pay to return it. Then he tells me they will reimburse me for shipping once they receive the package. Im sorry not my fault and why would I trust your word with a company that has already screwed me over.

  Stay away from this company. I placed an order and received something different. I told the Company right away and they said it is too late to cancel . They can't cancel a few minutes after the order was placed? That does not make sense. So of course I had to pay to return because their website is terrible. They refuse to refund the shipping cost.I will never order from them again.
