      This company is a complete SCAM. They bill you for products you did not order. They refuse to cancel your orders THEY placed unauthorized. They severely over charge. At 1 am I received an email for products I did NOT order!!!!! I called at 7 am. They absolutely refused to cancel stating it has left the warehouse. Filing fraud with my bank! Steer clear of these people!!!!

      No way to cancel subscription! I tried to cancel for an entire month! No one would get back to me but they still charged me! Now I cant get a full refund and the products dont work! Im so mad. Scam artists!!! They also took over 5 emails to reply to me to cancel. How hard to you have to try to get ahold of a company for some help!? Unreal. Charged me over 64 dollars for facewash toner and cream. And they told me they wont reverse the pending FOURTY dollar charge because its too late. So 100 dollars for products that dont work! Shame on you proactiv!! I want my money back but Im sure you wont even refund me. Now I have to dispute with my cc. STAY AWAY AND NEVER EVER EVER SUBSCRIBE !!! Dont

      This company makes it impossible to cancel any orders. I had logged on to their website and it demonstrated I have no current or future orders or subscriptions. However, I received an email at 1 am EST that an order was placed, and I contacted them at 7 am EST to cancel. I was told that the order has already been prepared for shipping, so I am unable to cancel the order. Their customer service was absolutely not going to help me. I have never dealt with a company that gives you, at best, a 6-hr window to cancel an order once it's been placed. I will never do business with this company again.

      Poor *************************** I have been a regular customer of ********************** skin care since approximately ****. This complaint is not regarding the product itself, for I love it, it is part of my regular skin care regimen. I have however been consistently overcharged and am fed up. Every since the launch of the new website (approx. 2 years ago) the entire billing operation has gone by the wayside. Over the last couple of years I have had to make several phone calls ranging between 45 min to 1 hr in which I need to argue my case of being overcharged, transferring of customer service reps and no one being able to permanently resolve this issue. It seems that I get overcharged every other or every or every third shipment. The bill I have in my hands does not compute properly and on the website I can not pull up an itemized bill. The billing total that I can see on my account in 2 separate areas on the website not only do not match in total and do not correspond with my invoice. It shows 3 separate totals. It is the same problem over and over. I am tired of and frustrated with the unresolve here and can not devote any more time to this matter and have cancelled my membership. Simply put, this is not how I wish to conduct my time or business.*As noted on invoice in hand Customer #*****Order #*********order/ship date 3/01/2023 Product Price:$45 ************************* Sales Tax: $3.44 Total: $72.26 Amount Paid: $72.26 *Actual total : $57.85 *amount overcharged: $14.41

      I logged in last week to make sure I didn't have a subscription anymore and it stated that I didn't have a subscription when I logged in....so I thought I had cancelled it last time and had forgotten. However, I just got an email with an order number *** saying that I had a subscription order process.....this caused me to over withdrawal on my bank account.....this is an UNACCEPTABLE was to run a business. I want the order cancelled ASAP and my money refunded NOW. When I log in, it says that I don't have any subscription!**I see here that you have been with us since Aug 21, 2022, we thank you for trusting Proactiv and we're glad you're on board. Hope you're doing well today.**I can confirm that you subscription is already cancelled.I am NOT doing well because I was just charged ***** for a 3 step subscription today!How was this order created if I don't have an active subscription? **I am sorry for the inconvenience we gave you. You can keep the product and I will cancel the remaining balance and will refund the first installment payment once collected in your account.The refund takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer, to be reflected on your account.You are not answering my question....WHY WAS THIS ORDER PROCESSED TO BEGIN WITH IF I DO NOT HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION?**I am sorry for that --- we just have a system issue the reason there was an order created however I was able to cancel the remaining balance and I will process a refund.I want my entire ACCOUNT DELETED so this does not happen again!!!!!**I will also send a report to our back office regarding for this matter so that it will not happen again. Yes ******* your account was disable now.Thank you.....I know this is not a mistake that you personally made. I am just absolutely livid over this situation.       The product does not work! The company keeps taking money out. No email warning the money was getting taken out. I looked on website to cancel could not find a place to cancel online, you have to call!When I called they tried to talk me into continuing with the product and call back if I didnt like the product. The product didnt work! The agent was rude and condescending on the phone. I asked about a refund and you have to send it back on your dime, with a tracker. Shows they do not believe in their own product, if they are not providing a free return label!!!!!!!!I would suggest not going through the company for the product if you want to try, remember many individuals do not have luck with this product but do not get scammed going through Proactiv which is really Alchemee, LLC. If I could give a zero star review I would have!!!!

      Literally so annoyed and learned my ******* Will never be purchasing from this company again. I wanted to try it out, it broke my face out completely so I decided I did not want to use it anymore. Went on the website for over 30 mins trying to figure out where I can cancel my membership. I cant find anything that allows me to take my information out of their website or stop my subscription (that mind you I did not realize I even had). I tried using the chat system and it wasn't allowing me to type characters, how convienent. So I have to call ***** to listen to some lady tell me that she will send me the address and I have to send it back on my own terms. Which I dont even care about but you are a company that has been in business for how long and you don't even send out labels? How will you know that the products are from my account? This was unprofessional and didnt make any sense to me. I was then told I had a balance even though I have already been charged twice and the second time I didn't even order anything. I told her that I do not want to be charged for the prodcuts I will send them back. This was overall a horrible experience, ****** learned and I will tell everyone I know to never order from here. It was such a hassle. If you have to go through this much to trap your customers your business and product must ****.

      Used this product about 15 years ago and didnt have good results so I stoppedI didnt pay for it, my grandma did. It might work for some, but not all That being said, I have a charge on my debit card from TPC*Proactive. And it says its recurring I have not signed up to receive the product. I have not given this company my card information I called my bank, reported the charge as fraudulent, replaced my card and filed a claim for the charges. I am waiting for a response. I dont believe this company is doing this but they need to look into the scam as I believe this could cause them to loose customers.

      Don't risk doing business with this company.
      I purchased over 200 dollars worth of product for my teenager. It was terrible on his skin and his face was inflamed and broken out for 2 months.
      1. I emailed asking how to return the product and stated I want to purchase the sensitive skin set. Ten days, still no response.
      2. I called and the automated system is a deterrent and gives a very annoying repetitive message before even offering language queue options.
      2. 100 percent of the time, calls are disconnected prior to or partway through with a scripted "Thank you for calling Proactiv. Goodbye. "
      3. I asked for a refund and instructions were given to send the product back. I asked to cancel any future orders and the representative pretended to be confused and didn't acknowledge what i was asking. I told him that the next shipment is supposed to be next month and I don't want to be billed for it. He asked me questions about why it didn't work, yet did not acknowledge he would cancel, until I told him that I would charge back with my bank and file a BBB complaint if I were charged again. He said I have to answer his questions or he can't cancel my order. For 20 minutes I argued with him and just told him I don't have to review proactiv, I legally can cancel my order and that's all I need to confirm. I had already explained the issue when I requested return instructions. He didn't seem to care then and didn't offer to cancel any future orders until I pressed hard. Hopefully my card will not be charged again. I requested an address to return that was "signed, return receipt" and he had no knowledge of there would be someone to sign for this and advised against it. I tried proactiv 15 years ago and had to block my card to prevent future charges. Looks like the same scam and that they've learned nothing.

      Very disappointed with the cancellation process. When I called to inquire about my refund for a returned product for a cancelled subscription, I was informed that the ********** sales tax would be deducted from my refund. #1 - a customer should not have to ask for their refund when the product is returned, #2 - ********** sales tax cannot be deducted from a refund. Fraudulent and unethical company practices!
