    I received a mail letter stating that my provider was a "top orthopaedic surgeon" and that I could receive a plaque of recognition for him. This is how they get you. The plaque is flimsy, unprofessional and at the most just laminated for almost $200. Today, I was sent a charge of $826.97 dated for 5/27/22. On this day he was operating in the OR and spoke with no one. When I (the assistant called), I was told they called him and spoke to him about a press release package but would not confirm the contact information. Furthermore, I gave them my contact information and NOT his, yet they charged his card for something he did not ask for. This place needs to be shut down. They are preying on providers and passing charges as if no one will check. Now we have to submit this to our business office for fraud for a charge of almost $1000. If my doctor is a top doc already, he shouldn't have to pay money for such nonsense anyway. "*****, did you make another purchase with these people? This is the place I ordered your plaque from. See below. -* ""~No I did not. Thats crazy""~They never told me that I would be purchasing anything. Really disgusting "

    Please be advised that a final and amicable resolution was reached with the consumer on 6/3/22. Our resolution confirmation letter was signed and returned and his account was adjusted accordingly.
