I have requested a complete refund. This is a scam. I informed "******* ****" I was not interested in this and she assured me I would be refunded. I am still waiting.

This company is a complete SCAM. I fell for the "top doc award" and when answering questions for my profile they then spoke about a plaque and a discount (I should've stopped there) for the plaque and award, but it happens so fast that I ended up agreeing to it and being charged for it. I then have since been charged TWICE - nearly $2000. The salesperson that called for the first charge was not clear that I was going to be charged for a ?press release, and then I realized the charge much later. I just received another call confirming my address to receive the magazine with my mention of being a "top doc" and they did not state that they were going to charge my credit card again, but yet they have. It is incredibly difficult to get through to them to refund the charge. Do not engage with this company at all as they sneakily charge you lots of money for nothing in return.

I have the same exact opinion as **** *. posted on his review. First I got the notification on ******** site. I deleted it initially. Then again they contacted me via the same social media site and I responded, setting up a phone call to obtain my information. When the call came in from a caller ID listed as "Potential Spam"and **************, *******. I became suspicious immediately. The interviewer was very interested in my employment history, as well as cordial. Since initially the social media contact was for doctors, I was skeptical from there on. The interviewer said that no being a physician was no issue. Their magazine also lists First Responders. She continued to sugar coat the publication. Then the cost of having me in the publication dropped. Initial plan was close to Two Thousand then dropped incrementally down to slightly less than Two hundred. During my interview I told the interviewer that I presently was unemployed and financially struggling. The push for my inclusion in the ***************** continued to the point that I hung up on the call. If an ***** wants to publicize Firs Responders accomplishments and career highlights, then I should not have to pay for it. The plaques and certificates are just fluff pieces to inflate one's ego. Most First Responders are not that type of personality. So lastly, I would stay far away from this company !!!

If you "win and award" it should not cost money for anything. The online profile is free but they "upgrade" you to a featured account for supposedly more visibility and then make a plaque for you (I have not received this yet). The salespeople are pushy and tell you that the payment has to be collected that day because they have print deadlines. So when I asked if I could take a day or two to think about it since it was a significant cost, I was told no and then was offered a discount (this should have been a red flag). I called to cancel less than 48 hours after speaking to the initial salesperson to request a refund and make sure this upgraded version of my profile did not go onto the website, and I was told that all sales are final because it is a customized page. There is nothing custom or special about it except for my personal information such as where I went to school and what degrees I have, which can all be found online on social media and my personal website. An online profile can easily be deleted or downgraded but they refused to do it. I just want a refund and to have nothing to do with this company but they essentially forced me to keep my online profile. I will not be logging into it or utilizing their services.

Our client services **** spoke with the customer on 4/17/25 and attempted to resolve this matter but the customer hung up on our representative. Our representative also tried calling the customer on two occasions after that but has received no response.

The Review Proof or verification interview was Very confusing initially regarding their introduction, approach, and aim. The introduction was full of compliments and then ended in a sales pitch with expensive program packages which gave me the spam alert instead of leading with authenticity, transparency, and legacy of the company, then lead into program tiers with cost. After my initial interview, I sent a ***ly email to their follow-up email the next business day. I contacted client services (number was in their follow up email) to get clarity on their aim and program. A *** from client services was excellent and patient in explanations during my interview of the company. The company is a ***utable source for top healthcare providers but is similar to an elite membership association. It reminds me of a membership with a form of private networking with tools and resources (online portal), and a form of marketing for those that have a business and would like to grow their brand for customer and client engagement, similar to a digital business card, owning your own business website, distributing flyers, or even a city billboard. I may join for a few months to promote my business, develop my brand, and to be featured in one of their publications and use as a tax write off. I declined their jeweled 1K program program packages, its not an obligation. If anything use it as marketing. Even celebrities have to Pay for their seasonal marketing status because the Hollywood sidewalk Star, Platinum and Gold Albums are Not free. Ask questions, read the fine print, and find out how this ranked website can work for you.

This site has outdated credential information associated with my name that does not indicate physician or doctor. It has my name and outdated credentials associated with a profession that I do not practice in a region of the country that I do not practice. There is no option to communicate with them or request to remove this information. As such, this listing of my name, outdated credentials, misleading information and erroneous claims potentially negatively impacts the legitimate business that I do work so diligently in to earn an honest living like everyone else. This site should not exist. I'm giving one star simply because I have to leave a star to leave this review.

This site is definitely a scam. They target professionals who are exhausted from being overworked and underappreciated. They shower you with praise, claiming you are deserving of an award and promising to feature you in a publication, all for a fee. I fell for their scheme, only to discover hours later while reviewing their website that they had awarded a JOURNALIST, with no degree in medicine, a few years ago. It became clear that this was not a legitimate award. I immediately reached out to ***** *********, who called me and said she was my Assistant Director, expressing my desire to decline the award and be removed from their lists, but received no response. I then contacted their billing department to request a cancellation of the charges on my credit card. ****** **** called me to explain the supposed benefits of the award, but when I informed her of my suspicions regarding their legitimacy, she assured me that the recurring payments would cease. My surprised was that I was never told there was a recurring payment. I insisted on not wanting to be featured or receive any award, and she eventually agreed to refund the charged amount, which never materialized. It is crucial to be cautious of this scam. This matter warrants investigation, as they should not be allowed to continue preying on individuals.

This business is a scam. They will state you have been nominated by peers and patients. All they want is your money. They told me there was a one time fee for being in their magazine, yet I have had monthly bills for services not rendered. One star is one too many.

Since February 2023 I am trying to get my alleged subscription fee back from this "company" after their operator/agent has promised to market my specialty and practice through a widely distributed "magazine and website". I have necer received a bill, email or letter of my alleged subscription or any information on where my business was marketed. I am working with my bank, as a official entity to find a solution. I would like to press charges. We MUST come together and start an investigation so no more professionals can fall victim of their wrongdoings.

It has been determined that the charge referred in this matter does not belong to our company. The consumer said she had already contacted her bank stating there was a mistake. She also stated she would write to the BBB to tell them she no longer has an issue with us and that she will close out her dispute.

The whole website is a scam. The company operates as a telemarketing operation that promises to market your specialty and practice through a widely distributed magazine. I took the bait because I thought that it would be an effective advertising platform for a new community in which I was expanding my practice. They sent me a plaque that is cheap and unimpressive in appearance. They are pushy and deluge you with a fast talking salesperson (******) who is constantly complimenting you and telling you have much you deserve this "award". Today, they called me to "update" my profile and urged me to upload a photo to be included in their magazine. I had already paid $1300 the prior month for their ugly plaque and had been told that this fee would also include my profile in their publication. I told them to send me a link for the photo to be uploaded. Almost immediately, I received an alert from ******** stating that my card had been charged an additional $1033. At NO time had any discussion been held regarding additional charges.I called them and they tried to gaslight me and said that this was a "part of the package", and tried to overtalk me and make me seem as though I was uninformed. Why would I pay to have a magazine distributed in my own office? If patients are in my office, then I DON'T need to advertise to them! I have demanded a full reversal of this most recent charge.I do not recommend this company. They are a complete and total scam operation.
