      I will never order from here again. Ordered sympathy flowers on Saturday for same day delivery. 1-800-flowers reached out an hour later to say the flowers would be delivered Monday instead. Monday rolls around - no delivery, no communication. I have to reach out to them to find out that not only will my flowers not be delivered until THURSDAY now, they cant even give me my original bouquet and I have to settle for something else. Its Thursday. Do you think the flowers got delivered? NOPE. No communication because once again I have to reach out to them. I told them to cancel and refund.These were SYMPATHY flowers, for crying out loud. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

      I can overlook the rind cut into all the pineapple flowers. I can overlook the deflated balloon on delivery. But we found LIVE BUGS all over the fruit after we had eaten a few pieces ???? I counted 6 crawling on the fruit before I threw the whole basket out. I sent customer service a video of the bugs crawling all over and they offered me a new basket ?? or a 50% refund. Deflated balloon, pineapple rind, and BUGS and theyll take 1/2 the credit ?? dont waste your money. UPDATE: I sent them a DM after they reached out to make it right. I was offered another fruit basket ??????? they needed to talk to my husband as hes the one who placed the order. I gave them a time to call him and they called an hour after that time. I gave them another time to call and they never called. My husband called and they offered him another fruit basket or a 50% refund. So while it appears theyre reaching out to rectify the situation when someone leaves a negative review, they are not. ****** products and ****** customer service.

      I was sent flowers by my son, the flowers came two days late and most of the flowers were dead. I contacted **** flowers and was told that I couldnt make a claim as I did not buy them. I contacted my son and felt so bad to tell him about the flowers. I told him to get his money back, he contacted **** flowers and couldnt get his money back. Terrible product and bad customer service. Save your money and order through a local company. Do not waste your money

      Ordered a Birthday delivery same day. The local florist that 800 flowers uses in the delivery zip did not delivery claiming they went twice to delivery. Interesting as the recipient has a 24/7 camera on the driveway that registered one attempt only. IN addition, I filled all the necessary details around my phone for text updates (got none) and the recipient's phone to call if there was no answer (no calls). When I called ****. Service, got a lot of sorry's but no guarantee this wouldn't happen again. The Agent, post me saying I needed to file a complaint, stated she was refunding my delivery fee of $18 some dollars. Put me on hold multi-times, then came back with, I can't refund your delivery fee because you don't have a card attached to your account and you'll get a discount for future purchase in **** days. When I asked for the local floral shop, she stated she is not permitted to disclose that.So, missed the birthday date. Paid for same day. No guarantee the recipient will get it today. No texts, calls or notifications to give me a decent update. I have to call in multi-times. No way to express how their sub-contract with the local florist in ***** is giving terrible customer service. Only used this company due to *** discount. ****** learned.

      This company does not do what they say they're going to do. I ordered a fruit bouquet for my son's birthday when I specific asked them if it would be a problem to have them delivered it after 4 pm because he is a Trauma OR nurse; of course, they said it WOULD NOT be a problem at all! They would deliver it between 4 and 6 pm. They started calling my son around noon and after about the 10th call my son answered the call around 2 pm -- thinking there must be an emergency. It was the delivery person saying he was at his apartment and had a delivery for him. My son was shocked to be called at work for this and said just leave it at his door. He had know idea what it was and at the time didn't care. He was surprised when he got home an hour and half later to find a fruit bouquet and box of chocolate covered strawberries on his door mat at an apartment complex where hundreds of people live and walk by his door. Why on earth would they have put $100,00 bouquet on the floor outside of his door at an apartment complex where people are coming and going constantly? Completely Stupid!!!

      They do not even deserve a 0. Ordered flowers that were never delivered and waited on hold for over an hour. Finally disputed the transaction and was credited by my bank. Never again with this company.

      I ordered flowers from Flowers.com which I now find out is a division of ***** flowers. They were ordered on 7/18 to be delivered to a one-day wake on 7/19. They were never delivered. The website told me that they too used local florists to make the deliveries so I figured that I would be ok. With wakes and funerals, you really don't have too much planning time.I tried to track my delivery starting around 10am on 7/19--first wake was to begin at 2pm so I figured I had time. I kept checking and still no tracking number--and the chat bot didn't work.800 customer service phone number doesn't get picked up.Absolutely horrible and I will never order from them again.
