      Friends ordered a small flower arrangement to thank us for something. Unfortunately, they ordered it from 1-800-Flowers. It was the worst looking arrangement that I have ever received. It was half dead and not at all attractive. I feel terrible that our friends spent good money for such a disappointing product. I will NEVER order from this company! They should be ashamed to ship something of such poor quality!

      This company really needs to be investigated. They're scamming customers. What you order isn't what you receive. They then offer a replacement that never comes, customer service is terrible. The flower arrangement looks nothing like the picture on their website not to mention that the flowers are pretty much already dead.

      My first ********** was born and I ordered a large bouquet. What arrived was a TINY arrangement that I could have done myself or bought at ****** for a fraction of the price.

      It is a scam. Paid and got confirmation of order and day of delivery. Just discovered on the delivery day that they sent it to a third-party company with terrible reviews that never delivered. When I called *****, they told me to call the third-party vendor to solve the issue.I called the third-party company, and they said they never received the money to send the order, even after I gave all the information and order confirmation. My card was *********** I have to dispute the charge, and ***** can only say sorry, you have to deal with the third-party company. But I never hired them, I hired *****.Stay away from them.

      A friend sent me flowers when my pet of 18 years died. The arrangement I received was old and mostly dead. Pedals had already fallen off, the ones still intact were ********. I contacted customer service to inform them that the local florist sent a dead arrangement, they said all I can do is complain to the person who sent them. Because it's so classy to complain to a person about the flowers they sent you. It's corporate policy to not give the name of the local florist, but they wouldn't even get my information to follow up with the florist themselves. I basically got 45 minutes of the canned corporate version of "we don't give a single f-"

      I had ordered flowers to be delivered next day for a 50th birthday party. The flowers were never delivered. I used the chat option and text with someone apologizing and sending a replacement order to be delivered the next day. The order was not delivered again. I accessed the chat option again and stayed connected with the agent (who verified with the local florist delivery would be available that day) who assured me another replacement would be delivered the same afternoon. This evening I again chatted with an agent because the flowers once again were not delivered. Accessing anyone at 1800 flowers is really difficult. The first time, I did the call back option and they called me back at 1am - which is unreasonable. The chat option is apparently not any better because the flowers were never delivered. We will not be ordering from a company that can not deliver on what they promise.

      I purchased a full, beautiful, and colorful size large bouquet for a friend who lost her dad, and she received a pathetic arrangement. There was a lot of ugly greenery with not alot of colorful, beautiful flowers, and it was not full at all. What a disappointment and I feel tricked. I spent $75 with tax and received way beneath that value wise. Will not trust this company ever again. I don't live in the city or state my friend lives in so used this route for ease of ordering and thinking they were a reputable company.

      If I could leave less than one star, I would. My last two orders were a DISASTER. I sent a Christmas plant to my son's friend's parents that hosted them for Christmas. The plant was crooked and scrawny looking NOTHING like the plant in the photo. Then I sent a Mother's Day plant to a client and friend of mine that had just lost her husband and it was damaged. They said they would resend the item but she never got it. When I contacted them again, they said they did not show a redelivery but would process one. When she finally got the redelivery it was crushed to the point of being ridiculous. They said they would reship it, but at this point it is an embarrassment. I asked for a refund and they will only give me half "because they shipped an order". Well, true, but it is a crushed container and plant that is unusable. I really want a full refund and a refund of my Passport membership.

      STAY AWAY FROM 1800 FLOWERS! Placed the order a few weeks out for Mother's Day. Was looking for a particular type of arrangement and 1 800 flowers had them. Ample lead time, selected Saturday - Sunday delivery; knowing Mother's day is probably crazy busy. Received an email confirming my order, my card was even charged for the order. However; the arrangement never arrived at the front door that weekend, not even during the following week. During all of this my online order status still shows, "confirmed". What's worse is that when I went to the website to try to contact customer service, the site prompted me that I can request somebody to reach out to me, this never happened. They seem to make it poignantly difficult to find a number to contact their customer service. I should have heeded the warning and never gone with ***** Flowers that begin with.

      I got stuck with a bill of $96 for flowers for Mother's Day that never arrived yet say, "delivered" according to their tracking. My security camera say otherwise. Don't use this scam of a company.
