Do you enjoy being overbilled without any type of proof of work done? Do you enjoy mandatory arbitration and mediation clauses with pay disputes? Do you enjoy being sidelined and ignored when requesting to go over your invoices? Would you enjoy going to a mediation and being offered 500 dollars for over 3k in pay dispute claims? If so, this is the lawfirm for you! Just ask for Pamela B***** and Derrick H****, they'll hook you up!

My employer served me with a Statement of Reasons under Guidelines E & H, which could have jeopardized my career. I contacted Tully Rinckey for a consultation and decided to retain their services. They assigned Dan M****, the national security partner in Washington, D.C., to my case. Dan methodically addressed the Government’s findings and helped me compile a comprehensive rebuttal. We then proceeded with the personal appearance, resulting in a favorable decision. I am now back at work. Great job, TR! Thanks, Dan!

I hired Tully Rinkey based on their claims that they would aggressively defend me in my court matter. They took my money then lied to me and manipulated my choices by giving me vague answers to my questions. They left me with unresolved issues that they refuse to address and forget in a timely manner. Unprofessional and unethical representation. Legal services get a bad reputation for wanting to make their hay and being distrustful. Tully Rinkey is no exception. They lack the care needed to appropriately address concerns and do not care about the details that will later come back to bite you. My attorney could not even explain to me what I agreed to and doesn't even care that their missteps have real consequences to lives that they do not value. Money grubbing fraudsters. shame on Tully Rinkey. If I only delivered half of what I promised in my profession, I wouldn't have a job. Hold yourselves to higher standard.

I came to Tully Rinckey with a Guideline E, H, & J issue which was blocking me from career goals. I did a consult with the Firm, retained them, and they assigned my matter to Washington DC national security partner, Dan M***** Dan was there for me over the next two years, as we both worked through the issues and the confusion we were seeing from recruiters and security professionals. I am off and running on my new job opportunity. TR had the strategy right. I am really excited about this next phase of my Federal career. Great job Dan ! Thanks, TR !

I hired Tully Rinckey to represent me at a second level review personal appearance regarding my security clearance, Guideline H. It was a tough statement of reasons, notably because the marijuana use was after I was granted a clearance. The firm brought their marijuana subject matter expert into the case. Dan M***** a national security partner in the Washington D.C. Office, took the case file and we worked up the evidence together; Dan’s legal brief focused on the ambiguity of drug use in America, today, and how difficult it can be for young adults to understand the real consequences of even victimless behavior. The argument worked; just won my case. Thanks Dan ! Thanks TR!

Mike B***** is a snake that take advantage of the disabled. Because of incompetence, I have yet to have a conclusion to my consultation after three weeks, while my life continues to unravel. Discussing company that steals from NYS essential workers.

Facts. I paid for services. I used attorney Daniel S*****. Through him I obtained statements from the defendants which proved to be false. I recorded a call with him throwing out my case. Further more I pursued it alone. The defendants since then departed from Homeland Security. This company has tainted me when k called, talked over me, and even disconnected the calls. They said he left their agency, however, I paid money for services that weren't provided. This company doesn't assist in Eeo cases and I will expose them. They also tried to have someone call me poison as someone from the BBB I believe. I need to make this public. I have paperwork and recordings. Many of them even me asking them why they aren't doing their job

As an initial matter, due to the attorney-client privilege, the Firm is limited in what information it can disclose regarding a Client’s legal matter. As such, the Firm responds to the Client’s complaint accordingly. The Firm categorically denies all allegations made by Mr. ******. The Firm completed the services we were retained for. The Firm stands by our position that the services we provided were reasonable and necessary.
We have had numerous conversations with Mr. ****** and attempted to answer all of his questions and address his concerns. Our Firm has represented thousands of clients through the EEO process and it is unfortunate that Mr. ****** was unhappy with the services we provided. We cannot control the actions of the Agency (“the defendants”) and we zealously represented Mr. ****** through the EEO process.
If this response does not resolve Mr. ****** complaint, we plan to defend ourselves against these allegations and if necessary will disclose confidential information as ethically permissible to defend ourselves but not to a greater extent needed to reasonably accomplish the purpose of defense. If Mr. ****** is willing to waive the attorney client privilege, we would be happy to share more information as to what lead to the breakdown in the attorney client relationship.
We encourage Mr. ****** to contact our office directly to resolve his concerns and to retract this negative review.

Tully Rinckey PLLC is great. I have had the privilege of working with Mr. S****** and Mr. F******* located at the Austin, Texas Office, Helpful, Responsive, Caring, Understanding, knowledgeable, are just a few words to describe both of them. They are simply great, and I'm beyond happy how they have handled my case. Thank You.

I retained Tully Rinckey to represent me in claims against my former employer. As an attorney, myself, I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of representation I received from this law firm. I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone.
The partner I interviewed during the initial call impressed me, so I retained the firm, expecting to work with her. I never heard from her again, as my case was quickly assigned to an associate. After a few months, that associate left the firm, and I was reassigned to another associate and partner. I didn’t hear from either one until I reached out first. The quality of customer service was dismal, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt for as long as I could.
During the time I was represented by the new associate, I had to reach out to ask if they were aware that a deadline was coming up or had passed, I had to correct my pronouns as he misgendered me (in a gender discrimination complaint!) in a document back to my former employer, I had to edit any work he did because either the facts were detailed incorrectly, or a crucial detail was simply missing, etc., and finally, I was given notice by a partner at the firm that the first associate had missed a deadline, and my claim would likely be dismissed on procedural grounds. There was no apology and no offer to make right.
When they sent me my final case file after I fired them, they included another client’s information, which is a huge red flag for me. I hope my information is safe.
I have several other issues with their representation that I will not include here at this time.
When I undertook a fight against my former employer, the last thing I ever expected or needed was to have to fight the firm who I hired and paid to fight for me. I hope you don’t find yourself in my situation, because the added stress and work is not worth it.

I don’t know where to start. I’ll be honest. This is the 3rd lawyer I hired to help my son with his contested divorce. I’ve been lied to, misled, overlooked and ignored.
      UNTIL NOW.
Michael B***** and Jillian G******* are the most proficient, professional, HONEST lawyers I have ever dealt with to date.
We have trial coming up in two weeks. NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS I can tell you, this law firm FIGHTS FOR YOU, they are not to be dismissed and not to be under-estimated.
I highly recommend them just based on the progress we’ve made to date. The previous lawyers took our money and DIDN’T EVEN SEND ONE LETTER. I had no idea what a deposition was until I hired Tully and Rinckey.
If your family matter includes children, PLEASE let this firm help you. Money can be replaced. Your loved ones mental health and well being CAN’T.
