I don’t know where to start. I’ll be honest. This is the 3rd lawyer I hired to help my son with his contested divorce. I’ve been lied to, misled, overlooked and ignored.
      UNTIL NOW.
Michael B***** and Jillian G******* are the most proficient, professional, HONEST lawyers I have ever dealt with to date.
We have trial coming up in two weeks. NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS I can tell you, this law firm FIGHTS FOR YOU, they are not to be dismissed and not to be under-estimated.
I highly recommend them just based on the progress we’ve made to date. The previous lawyers took our money and DIDN’T EVEN SEND ONE LETTER. I had no idea what a deposition was until I hired Tully and Rinckey.
If your family matter includes children, PLEASE let this firm help you. Money can be replaced. Your loved ones mental health and well being CAN’T.

After an initial consultation with TR, they pointed me in the direction of Mr. Daniel M**** to work an issue for my security clearance and question on my federal employment forms. I was issued a letter of interrogatory and needed help. My attorney knew just what to do, gave me my homework and what I needed to make happen as he also went to work. Once done with my asks, they were shot over to my attorney and a 40 page response was drafted to send back to my federal agency. The letter that Mr. M**** drafted was thorough and all of his advice through out the process was spot on. The case ended up being adjudicated in my favor, keeping my job and my clearance. I cannot thank Mr. M**** enough for his professionalism and help through out this process.

I was new to government contracting and I was challenged with a employment suitability review at work. I got the distinct impression that sending in wrong or bad answers could not only screw up this opportunity, but subsequent opportunities down the line.
I did a Tully Rinckey consultation, decided to retain, and I was assigned to Dan M****, the national security partner in the Washington D.C. Office. Dan returned to the practice of law after many years serving as a Federal executive and intelligence officer. He put together the strategy, what evidence we needed, and the legal brief to support my Declaration. The entire process was quick and very easy from my perspective. I am now deemed ‘suitable’ and case is closed ! Thanks TR, thanks Dan!

Tully Rinckey was great from the initial intake person I spoke with through wrapping up my case successfully. I received an inquiry notice from my employer regarding my security clearance. I was immediately concerned and knew I needed assistance as these inquiries can become quite complicated.
The attorney I worked with Dan M**** was outstanding from the moment we spoke. He laid out a defined plan and knew exactly how to handle this matter. Within 90 days from beginning to end the issue was cleared and the inquiry was closed with no further action.
I would highly recommend this firm and Dan for any security clearance issues.

I was under Background Investigation. I did a consult with Tully Rinckey and they connected me with Dan M****, the national security partner in Washington, D.C. Dan worked from his experiences as a security manager in the Middle East, Federal executive, and intelligence officer, to prepare me. He identified the security concerns, and we went to work on the sf86, making the best case for no adjudication. Got the word about eight months later, I am done, and through the Background Investigation. All set. We had the strategy right. I am very excited. Great job TR! Thanks, ***!”

Dan D******** is a unprofessional and unruly lawyer. I've read his reviews and he likes to yell at women and handicap people. Is that who you want on your side? He's an extremely hot headed person who can't control his anger and lashes out at his clients. Stay far away from this *******.

This girl had to be reminded of milestone and deadlines the entire time. They drug out my suit by months when it is already a lengthy process. And then when I finally did receive
my settlement agreement It was missing two out of the three things I agreed to settle upon. I have paid high dollar because I was pushed out of my job after I filed EEO. I have the evidence and emails of constant allegations from my supervisor. and my attorney just rolled over and told me that it’s too risky that it’s their word against mine even though I had already provided them a ton of evidence from emails. Yes my supervisor was dumb enough to put it in emails. I’d had been charged for multiple reviews of my file but somehow they skipped all the evidence. Don’t waste your time with this firm. They add more stress and don’t follow deadlines. We actually had to file to extend. They put you in this cycle of retainers and then don’t do anything and say they review your file and charge your retainer for their time. They aren’t reviewing anything. They aren’t creating a case for you. Then they charge you a grand for every time they reword/edit/reformat the same document to resubmit it to another agency. I was done so wrong by my employer and have provided all the emails and this firm failed me

In chatting with my attorney, Dan M***** I realized my Statement of Reasons did not fall in the most common categories of security concerns. My job offer with a major Federal agency was on the line, due to Guideline E, Personal Conduct and Guideline M, Misuse of Information Systems issues. Dan laid out a strategy; he doesn’t believe in little pokes and stokes of the security process; our mitigation packet was thorough, complete, and huge. Did the trick, and now at work with the agency of my choice. Thanks TR ! Thanks Dan !
