    I ordered an oscillating sprinkler from ************* on 7/7/23. The sprinkler worked for about a week and then stopped oscillating despite multiple attempts at adjustments. I emailed the company for support in mid-July, but did not hear anything back. I submitted a warranty claim two separate times and despite being told I'd be contacted within 48 hours, I've had no response. I've tried to call customer supports, but no one picks up and the message states the mailbox is full.

    I have summitted numerous emails and warranty claim for on line with no response in the last weeks. I have an item with a lifetime warranty. I have sent the proof required. Even have called the ** listed only to get "the voice mailbox is full" message.

    Once again, Ray Padula customer ****************** replacement has disappeared off the face of the earth to all but customers. I filed 2 warranty complaints in early August 2023 and bought two products. Email confirmation and shipment of products was immediate. Have heard nothing about my warranty replacements after numerous calls and emails. This happened during the Pandemic but they swore people were back in the office afterward and I did receive a replacement in late 2021. This company has a lot of nerve and is dishonest about their warranty of equipment. Also, the equipment - a 50 foot expandable hose with brass fittings - continues to spring leaks and holes mid-hose even when they do replace it. What can I do about this?

    On 6/22/2023 I ordered sprinklers from Ray Padula.com order #********* was confirmed via email approximately $39.00 was spent on this transaction. I have never received a shipping date despite numerous attempts to contact Ray Padula. I would like to receive the product I ordered or a refund. Thank you

    In March 2022 the ********************* company responded to my email with respect to a defective water hoze nozzle. They indicated that they would accomodate a replacement after I sent them photpos at their reqiest. My last email from this company indicated there was a delay in sending out a replacement nozzle was due to supply chain issues. Since then, I have sent 6 emails and called the company customer service department on at least 2 occasions. Zero responses to my communication. So here is a company who accepts I had a defective water hoze nozzle and indicates in an email communication that they will replace the nozzle. It has now been over 1 year. Nothing to date and no responses from this company. Why on earth would ******* still do business with such a company? Judging by the BBB reviews, I suspect ******* will eventually do what ********** has already done ... stop selling their products. Very frustrating experience and it was (is) so easy to make this right.

    Here we go again; new year, new hoses, new leaks. So, I completed 2 new warranty replacement requests for 2 new hoses on 6/9/2023; 12 days later, still no response. Last year on 9/26, 2022, I received an email that my 2 replacement hoses for that year were being shipped out that week. I had been waiting for these replacements since 8/10/22. These were not the first warranty replacements. First ones go back to 6/15/2019, when our 2 75ft. hoses, both sprung leaks. When they replaced them, they sent 2 50 ft. ***** instead, saying 75 footers were not available. My property is 256 ft long and the replacements were now only 100ft long. Again, those new hoses sprung leaks and they sent me 2 more hoses. Now they have sent me a total of 6 50ft. hoses to replace my 2 original ones. So again this year, like clockwork, leaking hoses. Tried several phone numbers, only to be cut off when they say sorry the mailbox is full and cannot take any new messages. Tried 2 emails to *********************************** Also tried piggybacking on last years replacement email, no response. Since all my past emails were from ******, I think she may be the only one working there. No response from anywhere. What do I do now? My resolution would be to get the 2 non-defective 75ft. hoses. These hoses are used for 4 to 6 months and they spring leaks. Very poor quality, but all I have.

    I ordered and paid for THREE hose nozzles. Order # *********. I received only TWO.There is no response from online suport requests- two requests were made online.There was no response when calling customer service, nobody picks up, voice mail box is always full and cannot leave call back number or message. Called customer service several times on several different days- never answered.I want the third nozzle which I paid for and was never shipped.
