On Oct. 13, 2022, I submitted a warranty request for a garden hose wand (RP-SRTW telescoping deluxe water wand *****"). I included notes and pictures than the blue swivel piece at the end of the nozzle just came apart. On Oct. 14, 2022, I received an email back, from someone named ******, approving my warranty claim (#*******). But she indicated the item was not in stock and they would hold my info on file and ship once stock was replenished. I didn't think much about it until March 2023. On March 14, 2023 I sent an email inquiring about my approved claim. No response. I sent another email on April 5 and again April 28, no response. I've called and left messages with my name, number, warranty claim and purpose for calling numerous times in April and May (most recently May 3, May 9, May 31). In one email and voice message, I even suggested if the want were discontinued or stock wasn't expected anytime soon, I'd be willing to consider anything comparable so I can put a wand back on my garden hose. I've never received a call back. On one occasion, I even selected the prompt indicating I was a retailer, hoping it would transfer me to someone live. It did not. I didn't leave a message that time. I've called over 20 times, you never get a live voice, always a request to leave a message.I don't know what else to do. I was told, and I have the email from last October saying my warranty submission was approved. But I've never received a replacement, nor can I reach anyone to ask questions. Probably won't get any resolution, but I wanted to lodge a complaint. This is ridiculous. Thank you.Customer Answer

On 06/04/2021, I bought item RP-TCAS (Thumb Control Splitter and Shutoff Hose Accessory Set). The 4-outlet splitter has failed and has a lifetime warranty. On or about May 10th, I left my name and phone number for a callback, as all **************** Reps were busy. That same day, I filled out a Warranty Claim online. Ive yet to hear from the company via phone, email or text and am growing concerned that theyre going out of business and their lifetime warranty will not be honored. Optimally, I want the 4-outlet splitter replaced. Secondarily, I will accept a refund.Customer Answer

I have two Ray Padula watering wands that have failed. *************************************** claims these have a lifetime warranty. I have filled out their online form and sent pictures of the wands and receipts. No one ever got back to me. It appears they are not honoring their warranty. Ray Padula has a life time warranty on some of its products including the item I purchased. They tood me 8 months ago that I would receive a replacement but I never received anything. Now they do not respond to messages and do not answer their phones. Im under the impression that I am not the only one that can not get in contact with them.Initial Complaint

On Sept 12th I received my order from Ray Padula, but it was incomplete and I wrote them an email regarding the issue. I received a reply on Sept 13th from ********************************** and employee ****** indicating the the missing items would be mailed out quickly and a tracking number would be provided. I have not received a tracking number and any further emails and phone calls have gone ignored. My initial order was for $70.92 and was Order number - *********. It was placed on Sept 4th. I have not received about $20 worth of product that I have been billed for. This is the initial email I sent when I received the order and noticed it was incomplete. I also included a picture of the order showing the extra item I didn't order and that the order was missing 2 items. I received my order today and am missing two items and received one item that I didn't order. I've included a picture of the items I received. I did not receive one ******* (I ordered two and received one) and I didn't receive the RP-RSMB. I did receive a ground spike base that I didn't order. Please let me know when the missing 2 items will be shipped and what I should do with the extra item that was delivered. I placed an order on 8/22/22 (order number *********) in the amount of $54.38. The order included 3 items. 2 of the items are defective. The first is a garden hose that arrived with a permanent kink in it ($28.99). The second is a pressure cleaning water wand that does not provide any pressure beyond that of a basic hose attachment ($22.99). I did receive a 15% discount on my order, so I'm looking for a refund of $44.18.The website has a system to start an online return, but it wanted me to pay return shipping. The items shipped in two separate boxes, and shipping costs would have run around $15-20. Seeing as the items were defective, I expected the company to pay return shipping. I first called to discuss this on 9/9/22. No one answered the phone during business hours, so I sent an email to their customer service that morning. That email went answered. I tried to call again on 9/19/22, but no one answered. I resent my email. This did get a response on 9/20/22. I followed up on 9/25/22, and once again got no response. I bought a watering wand that broke soon after purchasing. I e mailed Ray Padula and they told me in April 2022 they would mail out a replacement. My claim number with them is *******. Warranty Reference Number: #******* Claim Submitted: July 12, 2022 Warranty claims the hose has a lifetime warranty.I bought one of Ray Padula's Flew Light Premium Duty Ultra Light Hoses on July 5, 2021. The following season the hose developed a leak at the end that attaches to the house. I contacted Ray Padula June 27, 2022. After a few weeks of no contact, I tried calling. Nobody ever picks up the phone, and their voicemail box is constantly full. Eventually I was able to leave a voice message and a few weeks later they agreed to replace the hose under warranty.Few months later (September 12) I tried to contact them regarding my warranty claim, as there was no communication since the original submission. Again, their voicemail was full. I messaged them on ******** to no avail, then I send a message on their website. They eventually sent me an email ensuring that they were working on my claim. They said they were experiencing shipping delay and that they would send me tracking information as soon as possible.It is now November and I still have not heard anything from Ray Padula since our last contact in September. My assumption is that they have no intention of actually fulfilling the warranty claim and are hoping that I just forget.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully one day I will see my replacement hose in the mail, but for now it seems I am better off moving on.Customer Answer
