    I purchased a 100ft expanding Ray Padula hose from ******* and used it a few times. It worked well but then after a few uses, the hose split about 20' from the connector. I tried several times to contact Ray Padula online and through the 800 number for was never successful in having anyone return my calls or emails. The hose says it has a 5 yr Warranty but this hose did no even last 5 months.

    I purchased 3 Hoses from ******** All 3 hoses were manufactured by Ray Padula.The hoses sprung leaks after a few uses.Ray Padula says they offer a lifetime warranty on this hose. They also say they will respond to warranty claims with 48 hours. As yet we have not received a response from them.We would like a refund of our $98.31 spent on these hoses.

    I have now bought 2 faulty hoses with a 5 year *************** one was purchased 04/22/19 and the end of the hose fell off. I filed a warranty claim and never heard back and contacted them several more times to never here back so i had to buy another 06/14/21 which burst in the middle of the hose in less than a year. I needed this type of hose due to a small narrow garden and my plants were dying. I refiled another warranty from the first hose again and then the second hose to again here nothing. I am feeling very ripped off. Why do they bother with a five year warranty when they wont replace the hose. I noticed that ******* wont ***** their hose any more.

    Sincerely,this is the second broken hose from this company and they have not responded to either warranty submission. Their 5 year guarantee is a joke and the blue strech hoses dont even lastly for one summer. Total false advertising.  Not a  happy customer

    I filed a warranty claim online ( claim number *******) with Ray Padula Company for a defective garden hose. On July 20 2022 l received a quick e-mail response from ****** stating it has been approved and they would ship a replacement hose. Ive never received the hose and Ive sent at least 5 email inquiries and approx 6 voicemail request for a return phone call since no person will answer their customer service number. The product was purchased from Lowes less than a year ago for approx. $60.00. It seems as though they respond quick then ignore you hoping the customer will forget it. Thank You
