      I purchased a leather couch from Raymour & Flanigan for nearly $7,000, along with a protection plan that was sold to us with the clear assurance that it would cover common issues such as leather peeling or wear from normal use.
      Now, the leather on the couch is peeling badly, and when I contacted Raymour & Flanigan to file a claim, I was informed this damage is not covered under the protection plan. At no point during the purchase were we told this type of damage would be excluded. This feels deceptive, especially considering the amount we invested in what we believed was a high-quality product with protection.
      I expected transparency and better service from a company of this reputation, and I’m extremely disappointed by how this situation has been handled.

      Had a mattress delivered. They were supposed to take my old one and said it wasn't on the order so they wouldn't take it. Now I'm stuck with it. Contacted them and they refused to pick it up. The delivery men also broke a picture frame carrying the new mattress up the stairs. Dropped it on the floor and just leaned it against the wall.

      I went into a Raymour and Flanagan for the first time to buy a desk chair. There was a large selection on their website. But the salesperson was not friendly at all, very condescending, and of no help whatsoever. The selection in-store was pitiful. I went across the street to ******* and found a great chair there. I will never go back.

      Ordered online and was sent the wrong Item. I'm 70 yrs old and they made me drag this 85lb box into my house (they left is on the front step). I took off work so they could come the next business day and pick it up. I have been texting customer service to see where my refund is. First they said I would have it within 5-7 business days - that was 3 weeks ago. Now they are saying the item is en-route and I should have my refund in 5-7 business days - again. What are they doing driving around with it? I issued a dispute on my credit card. I will never deal with this company again.

      I expend a lot of money buying all the furniture for my new apartment I paid for setup everything and they start to send me the packages like when you buy clothes online…. I need to carry the furniture from the street to the hallway and let there because I’m no moving yet I don’t have the key for the new apartment I just make the purchase and al be clear saying I’m not live there until June 1.
      They don’t listen and send part of my order and start to coming texts saying 3 more packages coming soon… I call to the seller and cancel my order he was so unprofessional get mad and hanging the phone call with my husband I still waiting for an email saying the order was cancelled but nothing.
      Don’t buy nothing from Raymond &flannigans now I need to claim to the bank and wait 1 month to get my money back now I don’t have forniture and no money to buy the furniture the worst experience ever I pay for no worries with handle furnituand look!

      Cheektowaga, NY DELIVERY FEE RIP OFF Had to cancel one of my items and received delivery of a recliner and ottoman. I was charged $224.99 for delivery initially and had to call 4 times to get an adjustment on this fee. Each person I spoke with jerked me around and committed to do something that wasn't done-credit, folllow up phone call, etc. Last person I spoke with said the fees are tiered and based on how much you spend. I'm guessing there's a reason there's no transparency to their outrageous delivery fees. Plus we're all paying for everyone else to have their mattresses hauled away.

      Warranty SCAM!
      Do NOT buy from them! They deny claims as they see fit. I have a sofa that I accidentally dropped ****** on. The manager of the store Ewan, located at 48-18 Northern Blvd. in LIC Queens, denies the claim because he states that there is much more to just the ****** stains. I put in a claim for the ****** stains and the tech that came out to see the couch said they do not have the exact color match and the only thing he can do is use whatever he has but if I'm unhappy there's nothing else he can do.

      These guys conned me into buying a sectional even though I showed them I could get cheaper from rooms to go online out of state even with delivery! I then bought other items on the promise of making it right so they could have even more of a reason to make it right by the few dollars they took off meant nothing compared to what I would have saved, and I even picked up myself! Be aware of their schemes and broken promises and they 1.17 average reviews from over 200 people should speak for itself.

      I've been a long time customer, 66 years old so I know how a rocker recliner, any recliner is supposed to work. I bought a BEST recliner and paid quite a lot for it, I also purchased the extra battery pack. After only being lightly used for 2 months it has caused us to fall backwards, our guests fall backwards onto their backs onto the floor. There is a huge gap between the seat and bottom of back where you fall into. I phoned for a service call, Jose agreed with me, took photos of the crooked back, deep bottom gap, and agreed the construction of the base ,which is not straight but has a sharp angle upwards is causing everyone to fall backwards. The store where I purchased it, local to me in North Brunswick nj lied and told me Jose found no defect , and was very rude, Condescending in a very passive aggressive tone to inform me that " it's a rocker recliner, so you will go back"....????. They offered no re-selection , repair nothing. I have 2 ******* recliners, one power, never a problem with people tipping backwards ever!, I've owned **** when they were in business, never a danger tipping backwards problem. I told the woman and again she said " this isn't *******....again...passive aggressive and very disrespectful. Im 66 years old and not obese or ignorant, I know this is a faulty manufacturing defect which is a liability and has caused harm to whomever sat in it. I want my money returned or a re-selection asap. I want to speak to anyone who works for the CEO the Goldberg family for a fair, safe and consumer rights resolution.
